I typically don’t do reviews, however, my recent experience with disrespectful customer service, specifically from an assistant manager, led me to write one.I ordered an ice cream in store and it was pretty busy, which is understandable on a Friday an hour before closing. My friend and I would not have minded to wait on the line until a cashier was available. However, when it was our turn, the cashier who was an assistant manager glanced at us at the dessert line and proceed to help a family at the food service line that had just arrived. The family noticed that we were there before them and called her out, saying that we were at the other line waiting to order before them, to which she replied "That's okay." She then proceeded to get their order. This was really disrespectful to my friend and I as she even got called out for skipping us at the front of the line but disregarded their statement. While I could understand that she might have helped them because they had a bigger order, it happened a second time. After we had ordered with another cashier, we decided that we would order something from food service in which we were the only ones there. As we were waiting, she had glanced over at us again at the other line and decided to ask the woman in the dessert line if she was helped. This did not happen to us before when she helped the family.Again, while I do understand that it can get busy at times and I do not mind waiting, realizing that your customers are waiting in line and proceeding to ignore them even after being called out is: 1. extremely rude 2. poorly representing the store as a person of authority (her being an assistant manager) in disrespectful customer service being that this situation occurred twice in the span of about 30 minutes

They always have at least one non-dairy ice cream available, and they are very good. $8.00 is a bit much for a small waffle cone, but I guess it's a sign of the times.Vegetarian options: Better than most restaurants.

Our food was good, served hot and in a timely manner. We enjoyed our Roast Beef on Weck and burger. The staff were very nice. The restaurant was clean.
