Food was good overall, but they have raised prices quite a bit over the last year. Staff also all look like they want to die and provide pretty lackluster service. Not a place I see myself coming to on a regular basis. Orders are usually made pretty quickly and the restaurant was clean.

This moes is okay overall. First the positives, the workers are always friendly, very quick, and the food is certainly better than taco bell. However, it seems like this location is cutting back on the amount of chips they gave out because last time I went, I got 2 meals with a bowl of queso and they only gave me one bag of chips; I only ended up getting the second bag after I asked them for it referencing the queso. Hopefully this was just a one off experience, but definitely make sure you get the amount of chips you want if you eat at this location.Vegetarian options: My wife is vegetarian and enjoys the food here; I just always make sure that they make her food first and avoid cross contamination with the nearby meat products as the workers make her food.Parking: Weird parking lot, very slim and right up next to the road. You can get to it either driving around the corner of other stores, or driving behind the back alley, but both options are a tight fit for 2 passing cars.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, great budget-friendly option for them with plenty of choices for even the pickiest of eaters.

Upon entering Moes, the lack of a warm welcome was immediately noticeable, setting the tone for our dining experience. It was evident that a significant online order had been placed prior to our arrival, causing visible stress among the young staff members.After waiting for approximately 5 minutes, our order was finally taken and prepared, only to be informed that the chicken needed to be cooked, resulting in an additional delay.Approximately 20 minutes later when inquiring about the remaining wait time prior to the, we were met with a dismissive teenage eyeroll and an unhelpful attitude from the staff, leaving us feeling even more unwelcome.As we proceeded to settle our bill and make payment for our order, I discovered that we had been charged more than we should have been. To add to our disappointment, we also realized that we had not received the special Moes Monday promotion that was advertised. When we brought this issue to the attention of the cashier, we were met with yet another display of attitude. She insinuated that rectifying the situation would be an inconvenience for her, as she would have to re-enter the entire order into the system.I will stick with the Buffalo Location as this is not the first time we have had a negative experience at the Niagara Falls Blvd Location

This location went downhill fast. They remodeled the inside to sterile white colors - you feel like a prisoner in there with the bright lightning. To think this is an upgrade is laughableThe stack is horrible now as well - they don’t cook it up the same with the new remodelCouple in the fact the worker tonight making my food had so much hair all over his shirt - prob won’t be back anytime soon

We love the new remodel and had a great time last time. This time was decent except for the nasty behavior of the blonde girl with big fake eyelashes. She was rude. I asked for some extra chips and she threw a bag of them on top of our food. The nice girl cashing us out looked embarrassed for the other girls behavior. Life’s too short to be that nasty.
Store very organized and neat. Was able to get hair products I needed. Fast and friendly service. I like the fact they allowed local small business owners to post there businesses and information in the local areas...

Terrible. The tortilla was stale, the ingredients were dried up from being on the line too long and my burrito, chips and a drink came out to $16. Wouldn’t have paid $6 for it if i knew the quality going in.
