I went to order a sierra turkey sandwich, the woman taking my order said that’s not an option. I said I know it’s not on the menu I can look up what makes it. Another worker at this point asked what was going on and then looked at me I went to explain and the original woman taking the order started waiving her hands in my face saying EXCUSE ME YOURE TALKING ME EXCUSE ME. I politely asked her not to put her hands in my face or yell and that I was just asking if it’s a possibility and answering a question that was asked to me. She then walked away and came back with I’m assuming a manager, he came out aggressive and I stated I’m not upset or acting as such and was just trying to order something I’ve been ordering weekly for years. He then calmed down and said they had a new menu and could not make that anymore. I asked if I could do a turkey sandwich on a bagel instead and they said no. I asked for a name and was not given one. I left after this. It is absolutely not ok to treat anyone like this. Rude energy and waiving hands in someone’s face is unacceptable. I completely understand and accept if you cannot make something or do not have the ingredients to make it, you can convey that in a polite manner, not how they handled it. Awful experience.

They tried to pass these rolls off as baguettes but they taste like sub sandwich rolls that's one thing if you run out and tell the customer but it's another thing to try to trick them plus my girlfriend's soup was brown and it's supposed to be white!Panera Bread's going downhill like everything else the Lockport location is much better as they have higher standards.

I have NEVER experienced such a passive-aggressive experience trying to pick up my food. Not only was my takeout order THROWN at me onto the counter by some short woman with long brown hair and messed up teeth (I think her name was Velma? Delma? I don't know.) but as I was leaving I heard her saying such disrespectful things about her own coworkers. This is not my first run-in with her, and I usually don't leave reviews, but this time really got under my skin.

Panera is my go-to spot for a workday or Saturday morning breakfast...that I don't have to make! My top 3 items are the 1) Avocado, Egg White, Spinach and Cheese on a Multigrain Bagel Flat, 2) Chipotle Chicken, Scrambled Egg & Avocado on Ciabatta, 3) Steel Cut Oatmeal with Strawberries and Pecans. And I just about always get the Madagascar Vanilla Almond Cold Brew. This location has a friendly atmosphere. I can read a book or meet with a friend. It can get pretty busy during lunchtime, but their team expertly handles the busyness.

We ordered a kitchen sink cookie and a cinnamon bun. The cookie was hard and crispy, very disappointed. The cinnamon was ok.

They scammed me. I paid $17.62 for 2 regular drinks and a charged lemonade. The incompetent cashier refused to refund me and could barely understand the jobs she was doing. Handed me 4 regular drink cups and when I said no two regular drinks and a charged lemonade she said I had to pay again for the charged lemonade. Called the store 5 times to speak to the manager and the same lady asked me why I needed to speak to the manager and hung up on me 5 times. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I will be disputing this with my bank.

I frequent this Panera Bread quite often, almost weekly because it's the closest one to my house.5 years ago I rated this location 5 stars, and I would like to be able to get it back there, but it seems the level of customer service is not the same.I also wish the drop coffee could improve as I canceled the monthly drink membership due to just not enjoying it..may bring it back for tea but this isn't a coffee shop, it's a bread shop... so when it comes to their specialty I have 0 complaints.
