Don’t order from here. You do not get what you would expect. We ordered pizzas boneless wings and more. Not impressed by any of of especially the boneless wings that we’re supposed to be tossed in a sauce but were definitely drizzled.

Store Refused to honor tv ad. Price. Food putrid. Phone operator absent minded and denied any deals, only menu prices. Corporate office denied TV ad as well. Papa John is Worst Pizza I ever had?.

If I could put ZERO stars, that’s exactly what I would do. I ordered on the app and it selected this store as it was nearest to my location.I work as a bartender/server so I mainly handle cash. I ordered a TON of food for myself, kids, and husband. We’re not from Buffalo area and haven’t had a taste for the pizza style here, so we are partial to places like Papa John’s. Almost immediately this place calls my phone and tells me I have to pay with a card or they won’t bring my delivery. It’s literally 12 in the afternoon. These are hardly robbing hours. Not only that, I have no desire to cheat a business out of food and get my house address put on a “no delivery” notice. We’re down to one car that we share right now because mine was stolen on Christmas Day. I’m relying on delivery service because we’re short on groceries and my children (3yo, 1yo) are saying they’re really hungry and want pizza. So mama’s gonna make that happen! Or that’s what I thought.I assured the guy I have every intention of tipping the driver generously but they canceled my order regardlessMy problem with this is not just that they refused me service, but that they did it -rudely- and even despite CORPORATE level Papa John’s offering cash payment as an option, and that’s what I was led to believe was available.We ordered from Domino’s instead and I was so glad to hear their manager reassure me profusely that they have every intention of serving us, even apologizing on behalf of another corporation.Further, what if I were disabled? What if I didn’t have my own bank account or transportation and a caregiver left me with cash to feed myself, and this was my only option? Something to think about.F U C K this place. Will absolutely never order again.

Paid $47 for 2 heart shaped pizzas & 1 order of pull apart bread. Then my pizzas were absolutely horrible! Burnt & thin as paper!!!!! Family was very disappointed! Can't even post picture that I took of the horrible pizzas. Sadly my family orders from here weekly but double thinking that option now.

Bad pizza... No other way to say it. Very very salty, barely cooked The banana peppers I got on one of the pizzas tasted like metal By the time you buy one and get it home the crust cools down and is very chewy. The new stuffed crust tastes a little like wallpaper paste might taste... Severely disappointed. By the way, don't forget to add pepperoni if your ordering online

Just went to lunch here with my boss, and we had the best drinks and the food was amazing! Our waitress, Crazy Amy was the best! We'll l definitely be back!
Really good pizza. I love the garlic sauce they give you with the pizza. Wings were okay too. medium pizza and wings was around 16 dollars and can definitely feed two people.

I ordered two large pizzas. The one w peppers and mushrooms was a joke! I could count about less than 10 pieces of mushrooms and about 7 pieces of peppers ?. I'm not joking! It made me laugh as much as I was disappointed. There's not much flavor, which I would expect from any chains, but the price should balance that, meaning at least be cheaper than good small local pizza places around. Will definitely not order their pizza again.

No one go to the Papa John's on Niagara Falls Blvd. in Amherst. My dad (who's deaf, mind you), went to pick up an order and his pizza was cold so he wanted it remade. Instead of just remaking it, the manager got in his face and started screaming at him and told him to get out. He ended up leaving without any pizza and then got credit for a new one after he called to report the situation.The SECOND time he goes, he wrote down stuff on a piece of paper to communicate with the worker. The same manager came to the front of the store, grabbed the paper out of his hands, grabbed his arm and started screaming at him to get out of the storeApparently they just gave him a warning and he can still work there
