Go to the TgiFriday on the boulevard for the wait staff alone! I have to point out Lisa at the bar in particular, she's the best personality in the place. Keen on the menu and had some great suggestions. She made sure the food was great and fast! Definitely going back!
We are regulars as this location and are always looking forward in seeing Lisa. She makes sure our food is nice and hot, when she isn't we send our food back most of the time because it's not. Unless Bonnie or Dawn those ladies are on point as well. Lisa, Bonnie & Dawn are very good workers and makes things happen. TGI Friday's is very blessed to have a crew like that.

*** I appreciate that Friday's extended an offer to resolve the issue. That is good customer service. Though that will not be necessary. As we will not return. Used to love it there. Just not for me anymore.Have not been here in years and I remember why. Nothing good about the visit at all. Floor by our table had a huge spill that was there when we were sat and stayed there at least 1l/2 way through the time we were there.

Fridays at the Amherst location is my favorite place to be!! I have been going here for the last 30 years. My first cocktail was here. I remember Bonnie and Dawn being the two people who always greeted me with a smile back years ago and still do to this day!!Now we have Lisa who always greets me the same way! Lisa you rock! Thank you for always listening to my late night stories and talking me off the ledge ! You all are awesome !! I must add my handsome Vo who makes me feel so welcome each time I walk through that door..You all make this place so special and make everyone who walks in here feel like they are family !! We've been going to Fridays for a long time. We've had some great waitstaff over the years but our fave is sitting up in the bar area when Lisa is working. Service is fantastic, refills before you ask, and food is always exactly as ordered. GameDay atmosphere is super fun. I'm thankful theres still a Friday's nearby and it's this one!
