Extremely bad service. The server was extremely rude and disrespectful. We ordered a falafel platter and she told us it would take 4 mins. Another guy came and ordered the same thing 5 mins after us. The falafels for our platter got ready and she put it in our platter and then took it out and put it in the persons platter who ordered after us. When our falafels finally came she was least interested in hearing what we wanted to order and was ready to close the order even though I wasn’t done adding sauces and vegetables to my platter. Later, we asked her if we could get more sauce and she said it would be extra charges. The person after us came and she told them that if they wanted extra sauce they could come and get more sauce added. We went back to her and asked her to add sauce to our other platter and she looked at the other server and asked him if he added the sauce and he said yes. She then very rudely passed a sauce packet to us. This is definitely not ok and I don’t know if she was being racist towards us or not but an action must be taken against her. Never coming here again if I am not respected as a customer.

The Halal Guys is surely a must try. They have wide range of variety in their menu offering everything from chicken to beef. The best thing is that you can customise your own wrap or platter. It’s totally worth trying it for all the shawarma lovers.

Two stars as the food was decent, but I hate getting nickle and dimed, and this place does it excessively. Expect to pay extra for most toppings on any bowls or wraps. And $5 for a small side of hummus!? The white sauce is also mayo based and not garlic sauce as expected from most shawarma places. Extremely overpriced for what it is, expect to pay $15-20 just for just the base meal and then extra for toppings, sides, or drinks. Will not be back.
