Terrible customer service. I went in at 11:00 am when they open. I asked when the food will be ready, he said 15 minutes so I sat down. He really had a terrible attitude at the counter. After a few minutes he said in a very rude manner that the pizza won't be ready for 30 minutes. I got pretty ticked off and said you open at 11 so all pizza should be ready to seve customers at 11:00 am when you open. There is another restaurant similar in Rockville Centre. I'm sure ots not the same owner. I will never go back and I'm spreading the word of spreading the word. I'm going to find if they are same owners but I doubt it.

Went to Touch of Italy tonight for dinner. I ordered an Italian Hero. Which I was very disappointed about. Came home to find this hero was poorly made. The Over flowing with lettuce an tomatoes. Only one slice of ham was added and the pepperoni was four small size, what you put on a slice pizza. I took pictures of this so call hero that I ordered. Was very disappointed on the quality of this hero. Spending $11.25 for this poorly made hero. This would be my last time ever ordering from this establishment, I would be going to social media to advise people of the quantity of their food. Very dissatisfied in what they made tonight.

I wasn't expecting much, just a slice of Sicilian, and it was on a Sunday Eve after football. But they didn't have Sicilian, and the rest of their slices looked like they had been out all day.So I ordered a pasta primavera which said $10.95 on the menu. Then I wanted to add chicken and the worker said it would be $19.95. When I questioned the discrepancy, he said they just made new menus last week and had not replaced them. Then I asked him if it came with bread and he said yes. I decided I was too hungry to wait, so I went next door to Dollar Tree. I came back 25 minutes later and sat at a table to wait. I waited another 15 when I asked the same employee for bread. 10 minutes later I asked where the bread was and he said the cook was making it. Another 10 minutes later the person came out with the food wrapped up in bags when I was clearly sitting at a table. When he realized I was staying he asked if I wanted metal silverware, and I waited another 5 minutes for that. The food was ok but it only had spinach and carrots in it. I thought primavera had more veggies in it, but I guess I expected too much. The service was so horrible, and there were no other customers eating there The employee was cleaning up the whole time so on my way out I asked him what time they closed and he said 9:00. It was only 7 and I waited an hour for my food. Thank God I was alone. I would have been embarrassed if I brought someone there!

We’ve been ordering from here for over 3 years. The pizza has gotten better every time! Their eggplant pizza is a must try! Amazing sauce and fresh crust. The only local pizzeria for us!

They have horrible service. I called for a meatball parmigiana in a dish. I told the person over the phone this a couple of times and I didn’t want it as a hero. I even mentioned that I wanted it as an entree. When I got home I saw that I had the meatball parmigiana on a hero. I called the restaurant and explained what happened. (Tbh, there is a language barrier so this caused confusion.) The restaurant made the correct dish when I went back to pick it up, but I was clear with what I wanted initially. Actually , I had to ask for bread that normally comes with the meal and I should have been given a side dish because I had mentioned entree. Also, I bit down on something hard while eating the meatball parmigiana and have had a toothache ever since. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!Parking: Limited.
