Wah-Wah is my go to spot. Cam (owner) is a light- always smiling and happy to see us. My fave dish is not on the menu (broccoli with black bean sauce) and I usually pair it with spare ribs and some veggie fried rice. The cold sesame noodles (ask for extra spicy extra scallion) also delicious.

I dream of wah wah on the daily, the Food the Service is exceptional every time, unfortunately i do not know the owners name but they are the friendliest people, they clearly cook with love, which is definitely the secret ingredient. Close your eyes point to a random spot on the menu and get it because everything on the menu is amazing. They deserve 5.0 average rating. Wah wah kitchen you are a Gem.

Like most Chinese take-out restaurants, consistency in taste seems to be a struggle from one week to the next. Their Wonton Soup has remained a constant over the years, but I cannot understand how some dishes can be tasteless. Case in point, the Chicken Chow Mein never has had any flavor (which is true at nearly 99% of all take-out restaurants. The former Mings Chinese restaurant in North Baldwin had the most flavorful Chicken Chow Mein (in a brown sauce) on LI but, sadly, they closed nearly 20 years ago. The Beef with Broccoli and Roast Pork with Mushrooms are average tasting, but they do have some flavor. Egg Rolls are decent, and the Egg Drop soup needs more chicken stock.

If you're thinking about going to that other Chinese place, just don't! Go here instead! I've been to many different Chinese spots in the area (and in other areas) and none compare to the freshness and flavor of wah wah kitchen. They have the best, most flavorful wonton soup I've ever had, with tons of pork and cabbage in it that's chopped fresh. Their general tso's chicken and chicken and broccoli dishes are perfectly cooked without those weird chicken pieces you sometimes find at other spots and wonder if you're actually eating chicken. Also - the egg rolls! So so good, because we all know there's nothing worse than splurging on Chinese food only to get a gross tasting egg roll. I also don't feel like death the next day like I do when I eat Chinese from some other places, so that's a plus! As for customer service, I am always greeted with such a warm smile and cheerful conversation from my friend behind the counter that sometimes I think I choose to go there simply for the good vibes Please support this business! You won't be disappointed.
Everything tasted great, but my entire family and I all got food poisoning/salmonella poisoning and were sick the entire next day. We all ordered different things (chicken & broccoli, chicken chow mei fun, pork fried rice, egg foo yung) and we think maybe the chicken wasn't fully cooked in anything we ordered, but one family member still got sick and didn't eat any chicken. Will not be going back.

Quick service. I ordered over the phone on a Friday evening and the food was ready within 10 minutes. The general tsos chicken was great and the sauce wasn't too spicy. The fried rice and lo Maine was also great.
