I've gotten takeout from New China Royal twice now and they are the best chinese restaurant I can find locally. The food tastes fresh, the sauces are robust, the staff is very friendly, and you get it all for a reasonably low price. You just can't beat that. 5 Google maps stars are easy to give!

Waiting for them now I get sesame chicken with whole white mushrooms in place of the broccoli. Best take out in Auburn. Super nice staff I'm always asking them to make alterations and they do it no questions. The delivery guy is always so polite.

I ordered $50 worth of stuff didn't get one of my meals called 4 times before a manager would get on the phone and he refused to fix the problem now one of us isn't eating. I oder all the time and they wouldn't fix one problem that's horrible management

Food was fast and hot but more importantly Delicious!!! Crab Rangoon was outstanding!! My sesame chicken delicious and the sweet and sour chicken my guy had was incredible. Not a piece of rice left. Will buy again.

The delivery driver doesn't even get out of his car and is very rude. He saved my phone number is his phone and "doesn't give tip" even though I always give a tip. The last time I ordered he slapped his hand and demanded a tip so I didn't give him one. If you order from here atleast pick it up.

I went in to pick up a doordash order from here Tuesday night and while waiting for the order I witnessed a mouse running around by the cases of beverages that were stacked on the floor in the area that leads from the customer area back to the kitchen.
