ITA was an experience of a lifetime! Make sure you come hungry!! The food was phenomenal… don’t tell my mama.. but the meatballs were better than hers! Anthony our waiter was extremely attentive, helpful and mindful of our food allergies and extremely funny. He made our visit memorable! Would highly recommend coming here!!! We went for my daughter's 25th birthday. Started with a Rainbow Cookie Martini, which tasted exactly like a rainbow cookie! Moved on to the Pesto Riosotto Balls. So good! I had the Andrew (crowned) and she had the Baratta Ravioli with Pesto. Both were unbelievably delicious! Ended with cannoli crumb cake with a birthday sparkler. Our server was Cindy and she was so fun and engaging! We will be back for sure.Parking: Metered parking on street and in back.

So I placed an order on the phone they screwed the whole thing up and it took 20 minutes longer than expected when we went to pick it up. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.

Had such an amazing experience at the patchogue location, not sure if they’re connected however the menu seems to be completely different and the food was Ehh compared to the Patchogue location. Bread was burnt and they did not offer the garlic bread. Will only be coming to the patchogue location from now on!

I had my daughter’s baby shower in their gorgeous private room in Bay Shore. The food was amazing, the service was great, and the General Manager Ryan and his team made sure everything was perfect! Grateful for such a wonderful experience for my daughter and guests.

Went out with some friends for dinner. The food was great, but the service was even better! Our server Gavin made our experience one that I’ve never had at any other restaurant. I would 100% recommend!!

We had a table of 16! Service was great except for 1 late dinner, which considering how much food we ordered was completely understandable. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious!

My family made reservations for last night for our anniversary, it was very easy to make reservations you can do it over the phone or on line! We went to the Bayshore location, we went from a party of 5 to a party of 3 and they gave us NO ISSUES about it. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. It was our first time there. As soon as the Waiter came to our table the first thing they asked was any allergies or Restrictions. I highly recommend the table side fresh Mozarella. The food was incredible! We had seating outside under the tent and it was so beautiful and nice and warm. The drinks was amazing as well, I highly recommend the rainbow cookie martini (I had 3 lol ). Overall I have Nothing negative to say about this beautiful restaurant. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful experience and helping us celebrate our anniversary.Dietary restrictions: As soon as the Waiter came to our table the first thing they asked was any allergies or Restrictions.

If you want to have a nice dinner ruined by very obnoxiously loud dance techno like music. This is the place. Even though not crowded almost the second we finished apps the main meal came. Felt rushed for no reason only 3 tables filled. Half our food was good half lacked taste. I guess you have to see for yourself. Not for us.

I went to ITA kitchen at 4pm when they opened, and the music was like a club scene lol.. First you have to order your appetizers and entrees at the same time. We ordered Rabe egg rolls, which was very good. Then came the entrees. My husband had pasta with sausage which was decent and was steaming which is how he likes his food. I ordered chicken parm which was lukewarm. We had 3 drinks, Bill was $178.00. Not worth it. We also had them crown the food which was supposed to be melted cheese, was not melted. The drinks and service were good, but I will not be going back. Over priced.
