Everytime I go thru the drive thru, they ask me to pull up and wait in spot #1. Its extremely frustrating when the 7 people before me didn't have to wait, and why is the person after me is getting their food? But I have to wait..and it's not convenient because the "wait-spot" is past the exit, so I have to drive around the parking lot to get out.. waste of gas!

With all due respect McDonald's needs an internal translation system for its non English speaking and apparently non English reading employees.I've taken to ordering by the app so I could try get the correct coffee .Anyhow , I'm still constantly getting coffee made wrong and sometimes someone else's sandwich in the bag .My order is not complicated either just an iced coffee with no liquid sugar. That's it and they can't get it right 90 % of the time ...I've tried ordering black no sugar and asking for cream on side ...they still put sugar every time.Things cost too much money now to waste money getting wrong items .Today my hot coffee cup was only half filled.

Placed my mobile order which was ready after a few minutes, there was plenty of parking, staff were friendly, plenty of seating, no complaints. My fish sandwich was satisfyingKid-friendliness: Not surprisingly there were many kids with Brentwood pediatrics a few minutes down the street
Asked for extra butter for my big breakfast with pancakes and was told I will have to pay for extra butter by the manager. After I asked since when is that McDonald's policy? She became very rude and told me she would refuse me service next time I come.
