Horrible. Manager lied and said my coupon was invalid and didn’t even check it what a joke lol. I never had a problem using coupons at other locations. Didn’t give a straw for my drink either. Close this location or hire people that know what they are talking about.

Found a long strand of hair in my sandwich and told them about it all he had to say was “ok” smh didn’t even seem like he cared, couldn’t even offer an apology. Never buying from here again!

I agree they are a bit skimpy with the toppings, but my server was very polite and helpful. Sandwich was good, but bread was a little stale. I mean, come on, is t that what they are known for, their bread. They lost a full star for that. Otherwise, ok sandwich for a food court.

Do Not Go to this location!!!Went to pick up order after placing online.They didn’t have it in the system & manager refused to see the paid receipt.Manager is rude & impolite.Unprofessional staff!!!!
