It serves its purpose. Their popcorn is a big hit with the kids. We've also had the hamgburger, chicken strips, and fries. It's not indicated whether the hot dogs are beef or not so we haven't tried those. Indoor seating is hard to come by on weekends and also some weekdays. We waited for a seat to become available and eventually grabbed another free chair. We left the kids in the strollers to eat.

Pizza had no flavor. No juice. Food was overpriced.

$17 for a small bowl of not-so-fresh salad. Ripoff.

I used this place as the meeting point for my son as he went off on his own to visit the zoo here. I sat outside and supped a Cafe Latte whilst working out what to do for the rest of the morning. Using the cafe's free WiFi was helpful in that respect. I then left for a stroll through Central Park before returning a couple of hours later. By then I needed the restrooms so joined the short, orderly queue. They say that the restrooms are only for customers only but, of course, I had been one a few hours earlier. As it was no one arrested me and I felt more comfortable to continue our walking tour of the Big Apple. Neither my son nor I felt that this looked a particularly appealing place to have lunch and, anyway, their prices were "impressive"...

The food was good and totally a good spot to rest your feet from walking around the zoo.

It’s ok. Not many tasty options but it’ll do for a zoo visit.

No frills eatery. OK to stave off hunger. French fries are excellent. Grain bowl is healthy and had one's choice of carbs, protein, and toppings. Wished they had a good restaurant like the Botanical Garden.

Better quality and cost than you might fear for a zoo, though not outstanding. Definitely the best place to eat in the zoo. I think the sandwiches are overall the best

Food at the Zoo. Overpriced but tasty. Staff is usually friendly. On a hot summer day seating and air conditioning help.

Cafe with typical burgers and chicken tenders along with some great healthy options. Love the no lids for fountain drinks and paper straws.

Very expensive and kids crying, screaming, running around our table. Food was good though, except for the burger meat.
