Wait staff are delightful and playful. Food is delish! The sangria…. Let me tell you about the sangria. Don’t underestimate the sangria. Very good though. Customers can be rude but if you like the vibe and can chill then block them out. It’s the Bronx baby it’s all about the love and

I arranged for a dinner with friends. Upon arrival the restaurant on a Friday night was empty. After eating there I understood why. Food was not authentic in the the Italian style of exceptional quality. Pasta looked like it was Barisal. The waiter kept coming over and disturbing the conversation among friends pushing food. Meanwhile there were only two tables in the patio with clients. The bathroom was not clean, looked run down. The waiter was not proud of the food or working conditions. He said he was leaving in a week to work at a nearby restaurant. Leaving there, I felt dirty and like I had put bad quality food into my body. Prices were ridiculously high for the type and quality of food. Sorry to say that I won’t be returning. The restaurant has much improvement to do.Vegetarian options: No interesting salads or vegetarian options. First was eh.

Love Little Italy in the Bronx. This is a nice place. Their back patio is very cute and spacious. The food was really good. You can eat for about $40 per person. Went with the family for lunch. I had the butternut squash ravioli it was perfect. My husband has the veal parm and he enjoyed it. Definitely a place to stop by.

Had drinks and appetizers here and the food was super delicious and fresh with obviously high quality ingredients. Amazing service and you can tell the staff know what they are talking about when it comes to wine and food. The ambiance was incredible as well with a lovely courtyard in the back that feels secluded, something rare to find in the city.

We had an early dinner here. The butternut squash gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce was terrific. Prosciutto with melon and chunks of parmesan was tasty. Nice outdoor patio.

This place was amazing!! Sat out back on the quaint little patio that they have.. Food was delicious, the lasagna melted in your mouth!! The marinara sauce(or whatever it was called) they serve with the bread was incredible and was sopped up by the 2 of us in a matter of minutes..the waiter was super efficient and nice even though they were short staffed.. he was attentive and you would not have know they were short staffed except that he told us apologetically... DEFINITLEY going back!!!

Amazing service from George our waiter which only made the experience better! Freshly made cheese, pasta and meatballs! Amazing dipping oil for bread with roasted pepper, sun dried tomato and capers!

Absolutely the best service I could've imagined, excellent atmosphere, very nice outdoor patio space, and spectacular food! The chicken portofolio, gnocci, and truffle ravioli particularly stood out, along with a pretty top-notch sangria. Our waiter George was thoughtful and a wonderful conversationalist. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

This experience did have a few positives, but I am not sure if I would go back. Starting with the good, the best part of my meal was the bread and olive oil that we started with. I am not trying to be funny, they mixed some spices with the olive oil to make it pop a little more. We did not get any appetizers and went straight for the main courses. Now getting to what I would change; I ordered a chicken parm and made sure it came with pasta because you can’t have chicken parm without pasta (my requirements). To their credit, it did come with pasta however there was barely any of it. They gave a lot of sauce, but the ratio of sauce was overtaking the plate and the pasta was hiding. On to the hero of the dish, the chicken itself. This was not bad, but quite thin. I was glad that the bread stayed on; there have been various times breading falls of clumsy chicken parm; this was not the case. The dish was not too bad, but left something to be desired because of how small it was, and how little pasta. I am not even kidding, I literally went home and ate some leftover pasta in order to fill up more because this was not really enough. My only gripe with the menu (from what I saw) was that all of the pizzas were personal pizzas. When I go to Little Italy, I want a big boy real sized pizza because that is what would really fill me up. It is cool to have a pretty plate, but I was hungry and wanted to take care of that over anything else. This place did not offer it, which was a let down because that would have been my first choice. Also, our waiter looked like this restaurant was the last place he wanted to be at. I understand people have tough days, and I am more focused on the food. The waiter just seemed irritated throughout, even the person I was with noticed how upset he was. I gave the guy a decent tip since I felt a little bad, but in the future I would recommend putting on a happy face as hard as that might be. Like I said, if the food is good that does not matter. In this case, I was not a big fan. Also, pretty lame they didn’t have free refills for soda. Had I known that I would have rationed my drink, but there really is no excuse. I worked in restaurants free soda refills are not that hard and do not cost the place much money. I will say that the person with me seemed to be happy with her pasta dish, but I did not taste it. Can only speak on behalf of what I had. I would buy that bread dip on it’s own, but the dinner itself was not really filling or what I thought. Interesting experience though.
