I do not recommend them. The service is terrible, they are not organized. I saw that several customers left and the food had no flavor.

I just went in to purchase some Dominican products for the flu. But I stood on a small line for approximately 10 minutes waiting to be charged. But I also understand that they are doing alot of things almost at once. I have not tried the food but it did smell great, I'll go again maybe try some food and purchase some more products from the island.

Good place but bad intention, it seems as if you were going to ask them to pay for something, you have to wait a long time, I didn't like that.

The female owner to this place needs to get some education and get trained in how to treat people specifically when they are giving you their business i went there in person and experienced horrible customer service from her and as well to others clients that were there ahead of me same thing over the phone learn some manners because a business doesn’t made it’s own it needs the customer that you mistreat to stay open never taking my business to this place again.

On regards of your response to a review in a very unprofessional way yes the female owner because there is also a male owner just to clarifies that to you never hate given you my honest review instead of attacking the reviewer practice good customer service and your business will be more successful just keep that in mind keep mistreating people that saids a lot about you. You do not need to know when this happened just know it happened and i gave you the benefit of the doubt but hey you did it again is just in you to mistreat others.

I religiously used to get queso de hoja fresco almost daily there 25 dollars which is a overpriced item but i chose to buy so i care less for the price i will come back if i like the product which honestly speaking is good and i will buy over and over but what i do care is how i am treated and how others are treated as well BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE is the first ingredient to a UNSUCCESSFUL BUSINESS

Recently visited this location. When in to buy seasonings and a meal. I waited 20 minutes in a line that didn't advance because the 3 female cashiers were laughing, and sharing social posts. Very unprofessional. Left without buying anything.

Love my dominican people and will always support my people. But costumer service needs to be improoved. Walked in and they were just blasting their music and when i requested to change a cheese the girl looked at me with an attitude. This is an amazing store, just watch out who you have representing it. The minute you walk in, the staff is already with an attitude because they dont want to work. I ordered some food and it was cold and drenched in oil. Sad to see a business that represents our country have this type of service. Do better

I had the longaniza with carne salada it was so juicy, better than most spots. Please go with ample time on hand because this place is packed. The rikitaki had salami and eggs just like back home in DR. Here you will find the essentials from our mother land. I went looking for hojuelitas and they had ran out.

They are the best with all there Dominican products, I loved the variety, next time just have two freezer with helado BON, fue lo unico que llegue tarde y ya no habia, me quede con las ganas... keep up the good work

The attitude of the people who serve is very horrible, in addition to the long wait for a very bad meal. I don't expect to return soon 😅

I called to pick up an order, a girl answered and told me that my order would be ready in 40 minutes, then I went to the establishment to pay and they told me that it was not ready yet, I waited about 50 more minutes and they only told me that there was no order with that name, even so I told her that if I called and I showed her the call from my phone that I had made, they still said that they had not received any order with that name, even so seeing the call and the 40 seconds it took, in the end I They returned the money without at least apologizing. I think for people the most valuable thing we have is time and what a bad time it is when unprofessional people make it waste.
