Overall, Pizza Italia earns a resounding 5/5 rating from me. With its unbeatable combination of mouthwatering flavors, friendly service, and unbeatable value, it's no wonder this pizzeria has become a beloved fixture in the Bronx culinary scene. Trust me - once you try Pizza Italia, you'll be hooked for life.

they are pretty quick and focused on getting your order the way you want it.not much dialogue, not rude, but straight to the point and next... so it's best to know what you want ahead of time.

I know the old owners retired but I miss them dearly! They were friendly and always did experimental toppings on the pizza, to offer new flavors. The pasta dinners used to be banging. The pizza tasted better back then too. The other day I ordered a salad and when I got upstairs, it was half rotten, didn’t have everything I paid for on it, and the garlic sticks weren’t even cooked! I was too tired to go back and had to trash it…Check your food before you leave. The new owner did bring in credit card payments and modernized the decor. The workers are kind. However, the menu selection and quality has declined.

The pizza here is great hands down. The only thing that throws this place off is the demeanor and attitude of the staff onsite while providing service.

They never sent our food that we order which was the family’s feast for 54 dollars and 2 hamburgers. We never got the feast but only the hamburgers. I called the restaurant and the owner was nasty and said the delivery guy took the food. I had the delivery guy here with me and he heard the owner saying he took the food. He tried telling the owner what the store gave him and he didn’t want to hear it . The burger didn’t have no lettuce or tomatoes on it they sent what they wanted and thought it was ok . 54 dollars for the feast 5.99 for hamburger and taxes came to 75 dollars . I will never order from them again.

Food is horrible do not go here. The old owner sold the place and now it's not the same quality. The guy in charge now doesn't even know how to put your food in the bag the right way let alone make good

Ever since the old owner sold this place went down the drain. It USED TO be the Best Buy now it’s horrible. The food is greasy and tasteless, and the customer service is no good

Great pizza, the cheapest price in the neighborhood but the quality is there...2 nice sized slices for 5 bucks?! You can't beat that!

Place WAS great. New ownership has ruined this establishment. Food is horrible, they never get the orders right. The garlic sticks were pale, no flavor. Everything was such a disappointment. Everything in the baked ziti was over cooked , from the pasta to the chicken. The stuffed shells were drowning in tomato sauce. The new owner has really brought this business down.
