The two stars ONLY comes from the fact that the impossible burger tasted good. The service here is garbage. The wait (both for a table and the food) is atrocious. Our service was nice towards the end, but he was not very attentive. We waited about 35 minutes before we told our waiter to put in the order for our desserts as well because we realized service was going to be very slow. 40 minutes later we received our food, and my impossible burger was very satisfying. The food was good. The service was okay. I'll acknowledge the server was training someone but she took like 15 minutes to get us our check. It also didn't take us long to be seated but the hostess ignored others who were there before us and which resulted in them leaving.
Excellent service, extremely considerate manager who cared about each individual table and made sure food was coming out on time. Will definitely come back on my next trip to Coney Island. Shout out to Dominique, he was an amazing manager. ACT 2, I was with this group and while they were so busy, Dominique (one of the managers) made sure our experience was EXCEPTIONAL.
