Four people behind the counter couldn’t get an order for 2 bagels with vegetable cream cheese correct. The computer system to order was NOT user friendly. Bagels were flat , hard and burnt with barely any cream cheese on it.

My bagels were so hard. I had to throw them out.

Slow, lazy and the food was inedible.A disgrace to New York.No one could manage to get out a single, uncomplicated order in under 25 minutes. There was not a single other person in the building and like 5 guys standing around. Our orders were completely wrong, and the bagels were stiff and grainy textured. The cream cheese tasted sour and rotten. They should be ashamed of themselves and should probably close ASAP before wasting anyone else’s time or money.

Most disgusting place i ever experienced.Rats and roaches running in all over the store.Customer service is horrible and rude.Be careful with the place you might get sick if you eat here.I was asking for my money back before my food was ready.I never got my refund.

Not a place for vegans?? I got their avocado toast that was pictured pretty nicely but rang up at $12. I was visiting for the day with two others, non vegan. They enjoyed their food, but my experience was subpar at best. I was given two pieces of cold slightly toasted (or possibly stale it was hard to tell) with mushed avocado. It’s advertised as having sprouts tomato radish and other fixings and served on what looks to be sliced bread rather than the smashed roll it came on. I quickly caught the waiter who returned it to the kitchen to get “fixed” which just meant the toast would get colder and the chef added onions, tomatoes, and like two slices of radish . It was alright but not at all worth $12. Sorry!!Dietary restrictions: Not many options for vegans, but definitely vegetarian friendly.

Wonderful experience at Brooklyn Bagel! Great coffee to start the day. Cinnamon roll was perfect. Benjamin made us feel so welcomed! Terrific location close to Bedford.

Store owner is genuinely kind. He opened the shop for us when he saw we wanted to go in as they closed early for shabbos. We were looking for rye bagels which they did not have since it was the end of the day. Shop owner said please don't feel you need to buy anything just because we opened it for you. It was the end of the day since it was right before shabbos many of their bagels were sold already....they did look quite good and we will certainly try them next time we are in the area.
