Honestly one star is too much credit for this location. The employees don't even greet you, they all look miserable. And the food is terrible. It was a waist of money and time to stop there after being so hungry. I had to throw out half the food cause everything tasted old, it must've been expired because I threw up after I got home. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Your restaurant had 2 employees for a very long time. The service that was rendered was exceptional ? ?! We had a wait but was updated every few moments. The staff on duty I believe is a night shift manager handled a very many stressful moments with class and grace! I'm a manager in customer service field and I'm utterly impressed. Mercedes was extremely impressive. She deserves all the praise for handling a major crowd. Everyone was dealt with respect. She an amazing employee!!

I came to This Burger King for the first time today after being at an appointment in the area for HOURS!!!! I was so hungry by time I left my appointment that I went into this location and Order about 16$ worth of food for myself . after receiving my food I had to immediately leave in order to make my next appointment so, Once on the train I open my bag and realized how bad my food was. My fries was burnt and unsalted,my chicken wrap (which I was really excited about) was OLD. It was only a tiny bit of lettuce, a tomato that was smashed up and melting apart (old).and one piece of chicken that was slimy and looked weird.also my chocolate pie cake (which I decided to treat myself too) was NOT COLD and was falling apart. The only thing that was good was my bacon cheeseburger. Even my coca-Cola soda was kind of flat. I was highly disappointed and wished I was able to notice it before I left, because I definitely wanna ask for a refund or exchange for better quality food. The worst part I was still hungry when I got to my next appointment. Thanks burger king for wasted my time and money ?FYI. A lot of people was complaining at that location because they was understaffed and people orders was consistently getting messed up.Do better !
