The Best of the Best Burger kings in BrooklynI have been going to this BK located at 971 Flatbush ave. I personally like it1- Very Clean2- Organized3- Customer Friendly4- Courteous Staff5- move Fast6- No Long Waits7- Homey intimate atmosphere8- Serve very Hot food & Coffee as someOther burger kings I tried in the past will serve cold onion rings, lukewarm coffee n the patty inside the impossible whopper almost cold n inedible but here its very hot & fresh.9- All employees are so sweet n kind n work quickly & efficiently.The most professional person at this location is the manager who is a tall good looking gentleman. He knows what he is doing n handles any issues very quickly n effectively. He does his job the best!!! The lady with the scarf is a bit argumentative. I go to this place for Impossible burger. On their app it clearly says that on wed whopper or impossible whopper is $3. She has argued with me in the past re that which was very annoying she claimed that this BK location doesn’t offer $3 deal on Wednesday I had to tell her that it clearly accepted my order on the app n then she goes she can only give me whopper but not the impossible whopper. So why in the app that offer is every Wednesday there??? I am a vegetarian I won’t order regular whopper I don’t eat meat. She seems to me Not very knowledgeable☹️Management should train her thoroughly so she can answer customers correctly. I go there 2/3 times a week not only on Wednesdays. In the past I had bad experience re the same issue. Manager who is a brilliant man try to resolve this fast by telling her to just go ahead n make a impossible whopper for me. Tdy 2/21/24 is wed n I was there n she started the same story again which got me super upset & the manager heard the commotion n told her to make a veggie burger which already was paid for thru app. I sit in the chairs away from cash register n heard 3/4 times customers complaining of this scarf lady with rude behavior one lady felt she delays the orders n move at snails pace. I won’t be returning to this location anymore even I liked a lot because it causes stress.Thanks to the rest of the team & the Manager is the best?Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper and French fries are the only vegetarian choices here. But it surely is delicious

Customer service is wretched, If you do not have a credit card, and cannot use the computer, you stand there forever. You basically yell out at people there is no line I was standing in line and they actually took a person that yelled out their order rather than the register.

Employees are racist, rude & lazy. Even if there is ZERO line, they will do everything they can to not assist you. Expect to be there at least 15 minutes before you even get your order taken. I can’t wait until they shut down & these low-lives have no jobs. I don’t know why I keep giving them a chance but this is guaranteed my last ever. In the last 3 times I attempted to give them chances, I had to walk out because they wouldn’t even acknowledge I was there — WITH NO LINE!

I ordered online.The Burger King app' says open at 6am.The door says open at 7am.The workers say they open at 8am.Overall, corporate need to get this stuff together!

Amazing manager on duty he read customers coming in one just wanted water the other was real hungry he wanted no trouble n the business see no one get in trouble he service them they really appreciated the manager and they left thanking him it touch meKid-friendliness: Great job

Why is it you repeat your order more than once and they still get it wrong ...I had to throw away my whopper because I said no cheese and when I got home to enjoy my burger there was cheese on it ..you guys gotta do better people have food allergiesAnd these bugers are not cheap would like a refund...they don't really listen that's why so many videos out there with upset custumers...I will be seeking a refund..this happens too often tired

The whole order was wrong, cold and messed up by the driver too, to complete the experience. I ordered an impossible burger, no cheese, no mayo, and the got me a real meat burger and of course cheese and mayo.
