I want to honestly say this was terrible service. I never really associate myself with people who don’t have the same standards as myself when it comes to basic CURTESY and PROFESSIONALISM. This lady was supposed to simply just bake a cake and have it ready by a set time of her choice. Instead I had to undergo several inconveniences, with the last being not to receive a cake nor a refund. The last place someone should go to get a cake is Champagne Sweets I don’t care if it’s an emergency.She was very rude as well. I remember her inconvenience to us was not of her care/concern at all.And the worst part is that my disgust and voice of opinion is ONLY THE PERSPECTIVE as an ASSOCIATE of the customer in this so called “service”.

Unfortunately while planning my sisters 30th birthday party I got COVID and couldn’t make it to Brooklyn. My other sister handled all things along with the cake for the event since she was physically there. Since it was such a significant event my sister and I decided to support a local black business which we immediately regretted a few days before the party. From giving us several different pick up times, to asking us to pick up early because she has something to do, to not even delivering the cake at all... this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with ordering a cake. I understand bad days but they do not constitute bad customer service with receiving my down payment. After Champagne’s Sweets told my sister she forfeited the down payment for forgetting to provide an address, which she never attempted to contact her for (if we can say the cake was finished) she proceeds to tell me that it wasn’t my cake so I shouldn’t have an opinion. Being that owners sometimes get others to fluff up their ratings I wanted to make sure I gave my honest review to prevent another individual like myself and my sister from being bullied and losing out on their hard earned money.

Jennifer was chosen to make son’s birthday cake. We discussed what we wanted the cake to look like & she did an OUTSTANDING JOB. Let’s not forget how delicious the cake was. The design was put together perfectly. Communication was perfect & we had 0 issues. She deserves 6 stars & I’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future. ❤️

Champagne sweets baked a lovely cake for my son’s birth,the theme was flash. They delivered the cake on time to my event location. At first I was skeptical because I have never ordered from them before but after seeing and tasting my cake I trust champagne sweets with all my baking needs. The cake was a red velvet cake not too sweet but perfect.Thank You!!!!champagne sweets for making my son’s birthday awesome

Since then I’ve worked with a few non profit organizations & a few public relations company .I am the owner , baker and the face of my company !We all have good and bad days and since 2012 I can count on 1 hand how many bad days I have had. This company is my life and as a small business owner I am sometimes working 20 hour days !I love what I do and I one day plan on expanding , hopefully to a store front.Reviews are essential to a small company like mine so I would like to thank everyone who has left there honest feedback.It’s a shame that Google doesn’t allow verification from some of these negative reviews because there’s a few reviewers I’ve never served.

I have been getting treats from Champagnes sweets for over a year . Everything from her cheesecakes in a jar, to her cupcakes , cakes to her speciality treats have been amazing . I plan to use her for every event I have . Her professionalism is unmatched . She delivered to me on time each time. She even let me come and pick up an order I needed sooner. I have recommended her to my whole family
