The manager is the biggest ahole. He ignors people deliberately. I stopped going to this location because of him. I don't even understand how is still working their. A friend of mine told me about their experience today. They won't be going back also. The orders are always wrong to top it off. Good luck!

While my order was correct, the quality was terrible. I did order pickup. The food was cold, there was food on the outside of the container and there were no utensils in the bag despite me requesting it. I’m honestly disappointed because I’ve never experience this from chipotle.

Terrible all around, as great as all the other locations are and I’ve visited many, unfortunately this one is in my area and it’s horrendous. Always out of something on the menu, if it’s not chicken it’s out of white rice like today, staff just blinks at you with blank unresponsive look making me feel sorry for asking anything like I’m bothering them. Soda machine has been perpetually “broken” since the day they opened so they can sell Mexican Coke in bottles. Not sure if their staff is high on something or perpetually sleepy, management is non existent at best. Corporate really needs to keep a closer look at this sorry establishment given all the one star reviews.

The worst chipotle that I have ever been to . They did not give enough food and I paid for items that I never received. That is so horrible being that times are tough and I’m trying to support them. This place has gone from bad to worst. They are always missing food or ice and the staff suffers from the mismanagement and then they sometimes take it out on the customer, only sometimes. Overall the staff is doing there best but owner or managers need to make some improvements.
