Horrible service. I ordered from them waited waited my food never came. 5pm rolls around I see that’s they’re closing time so I call. They tell me they canceled my order however they didn’t actually cancel it just decided they didn’t have time to make it because it was time to go. Mind you it was a $60 order! And they were just gonna take my money and close up without sending my food. Trash people trash service. Wouldn’t recommend.

So, I came back again, determined to buy a nicely cooked chicken. This time, I struck gold. The bird was moist and delectable. It was so satisfying. I noticed a table of people all eating the ribs like it was their last meal.

Every time I order from this place the Asian delivery guy does not want to come upstairs. He did not deliver my water and when I called it in the Asian female was nasty about it. It's a shame the chicken was great and the dill potatoes. The service to the black community was horrible.
I had veggie lomein, & it hardly has any veggies in it, just noodles. It would taste so much better, if they actually put a fair amount of veggies in it. Everything else I had, taste okay, but my food was a little cold.

I'll start this off by saying that I've only ever ordered via UberEats, so this will not be in regards to service. The one thing there that I'll say is that Courtney's is great. I've rarely had an issue with them, and most of the time if there is it's just small things that are easily rectified with a refund.
