I was made fun of in this Dunkin Donuts by your associates. The Comment he uttered under his breath was racially motivated and to add insult to injury, he said it in spanish . perhaps he didn't think i would understand him. The other associates laughed carelessly in front of other customers. I felt truly disrespected by this and I would not suggest going to spend your money there.

Yesterday I came into the store and got an iced coffee with cream and sugar. When I left the store I jumped on the bus and when i looked down to drink my coffee. The cream was in FLAKES! Today I had time came by showed the cashier the card swipe on my phone with the exact time that I ordered. Told me that she couldn't help me that I had to come a different day and talk to a manager. I didn't even want my money back! I just wanted my coffee. There is absolutely no reason she couldn't just make me the coffee resolved. That is horrible customer service . For me to waste more time in my day to come resolve a problem THEY made is insane! Time is money in ny and you have made me waste more money! Osma was repeating over and over again that she "understood" this is uncalled for behavior and I need to make sure it is known. Please be aware of the way they are trained here, if this is how she acts towards a customer im positive that is direct reflectipn to the managemnet team! I am a business owner and if this was a customer complaint in my mattress store it would have been resolved differently.

You wont find a worse Dunkin than this. They get my order wrong every single time without fail. Mobile order doesn’t work so you have to go in and hit the language barrier every time so they can misunderstand you and give you what you did not ask for.

Food is what it is " Duncan donuts ?. People are not kind at all. They serve your food and handle money, all with the same gloves on. Unsanitary! The worst. They can't make ice mocha latte right. My mocha taste like chocolate water milk.Go elsewhere. Very dirty and incompetent staff that can't get your order right

My biggest issue are the coffee rolls. There are never enough, I suggest they make more. I hope that they read this and I see a difference.

Saturday I ordered chocolate croissant along with chocolate ice coffee. Never given a recipe and ask if I want my chocolate croissant warm up. Perplexed I said no. Walked back 3 blocks to my vehicle only to bite into a stale chocolate croissant.. I'm very upset to pay such a high cost for a disgusting pastry..later I didn't feel well with a churning stomach. This is what you people do in the black community. This would never happen in other neighborhood.A waste of my hard earn money for bad pastry.I will report to the health department.
