The place is very nice and cozy, if you go during lunch time you have to be patient because there is a line to get in, it is worth the wait and eat delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere ?

I visited because it was said to be one of the top three pizzas in New York. I visited right at opening time so the waiting time wasn't long. Rather, the waiting time after ordering felt longer. I ate a white pizza topped with spinach, Italian sausage, and bacon, and it was a wood-fired pizza. The dough is very crispy and the owner, or someone with some knowledge, said it was delicious. Do you need anything? Please respond kindly. When I asked who he was and said he was Korean, he showed his kindness by saying "pretty" to my mom in Korean. It's really delicious and friendly and I would definitely visit again. There is also a 9-year perpetuity award posted on the wall, which adds to the trust.

We did a lot of research on restaurants before coming to NYC. Grimaldi was pretty high on the list for NY pizzerias. And it totally lived up to the hype.We walked about 1.5 miles from the hotel to the restaurant, across the Brooklyn Bridge so we could "earn" the calories.SOOOO GOOD!We had the Brooklyn Bridge, and the Arugula and Prosciutto. The AP had the absolute BEST FLAVORS! OMG!I would highly recommend this place. ?

took an hour and a half to get our pizza but he gave us a free plate of delicious bread for our patience. The pizza was yummy and the cheese cake was scrumptious.

Arugula salad had old arugula. We switched to a Caesar instead, but why would you serve it in the first place? Both the regular pizza and the cauliflower crusted pizza were good. Not great. I would have liked more of the toppings on the cauliflower pizza. The basil was baked with the pizza instead of fresh on top.Noisy with sports on screens. Down several stars for those.Recommended for decent service & sports bar atmosphere & ok food. Otherwise go elsewhere. I won’t be back.

Grimaldi's Pizza, right under the Brooklyn Bridge, offers up some pretty good pizza. It's a bit overrated, but still worth trying if you're in the area. Also no WiFi here.

Pizza of course was delicious. But the lemon vinaigrette and arugula salad was a pleasant and delicious surprise. So good. We ordered a second one. And the cheese cake was so light, fluffy and creamy.
