I love ihop but after consistently getting terrible food for delivery I just can’t do it any more. The omelette I ordered looked like literal throw up and they forgot the salsa on the side (as usual). Bad tasting food and forgotten sides while charging higher then dine in prices is crazy. They clearly dgaf about their delivery orders and you can see it reflected in the food. When ihop is made right it tastes amazing, but you can tell their chefs HATE their jobs. There are recipes for a reason. Follow them.

PAY ATTENTION to extra charges on your receipt! It looks like there's a mandatory gratuity for groups of 5+ We weren't aware of this until we saw a random charge on our receipt. It did NOT say "gratuity inlc." which is standard. Instead, their receipt is very misleading. It says SERVICE CHARGE. And still lists options for "suggested gratuities" instead of saying additional tip which would be the truth. That's not right.My sister had to tell a group of six teenagers to look for a similar charge on their receipt and not add a tip. Because they probably wouldn't catch it like we five adults did.You should correctly label the included tip charge!Otherwise, the food was surprisingly good. We had simple breakfast options like egg white omelets and pancakes. It took nearly forever to get the bill and pay so understaffing appears to be an issue.

We were met at the door by one person, walked to a table by another, then greeted by a 3rd. My only real complaint is that it shouldn't take 5 minutes to be greeted at the table; drinks are easy. Aside from that, we enjoyed our food. We tried the pancake of the month (Girl Scout Junior Mints) and despite the dubious appearance, they were absolutely delicious. So delicious in fact that I forgot to take pics! Rest of the food was good as per usual Ihop standards. Though we probably won't be to this ihop again anytime soon (it's out of the way for us), we enjoyed our food and ihop continues to serve great food.

The host was horrible snd the server with the lace front wig. I’m a black man and I believe in supporting black people in a business but never again. I’m making a complaint to the corporate office.

I love this IHOP location on Livingston St. I get seated right away. My past couple of times going there have been wonderful. Sakeem my server is attentive, helpful and very professional. I look forward to a great dining experience when he's there. My favorite dish is the big steak omelet with a side of the signature pancakes. This omelet is stuffed with hash brown, tiny bits of onions, cheddar cheese, red peppers, steak unsure if I miss any of the ingredients. All I know is that it's Mmm gone when I'm having it. Can't wait to venture back for the pumpkin spice pancakes. Fall is in the air. Love those limited dishes. Too bad they don't stick around on the menu long enough for you to come back for more.
