What I noticed about JJ kitchen, I need to pay the bill before my food was ready. Another Asian customers came in and ordered their food. They did not have to pay until their food was ready. I’m an African-American woman, that was a little displeasing. You’re in a community that Of many different cultures everyone should be treated the same. The noodles in my Singapore, was not cooked thoroughly. Even though they have A in the window, it’s more like to C

Really yummy food and friendly owner. The wok hei is strong with this one. I recommend R15 or the dry hot pot.

This is probably the most authentic Chinese, hole in the wall food you will get here in Clinton hill. I’ve worked across the street for 3 years and I’m ashamed that I haven’t been getting lunch from here sooner. The food is what you’d find in flushing or Chinatown. The spicy chicken over rice is no joke. I’m completely satisfied!

Bought food from them two days ago for my wife and I and we still got the runs. Ordered chicken and it was mystery meat because the texture was tofu like with cartilage. I ate it because I was starving and then disappointed in the amount they charged me for my meal. Should’ve left when they stated they weren’t a Chinese store. Don’t go here, unless you want your stomach on turn over mode for days at a time like mine. Omg, gotta go again right now!

The food was horrible. My son and mother had simple chicken dishes and this was definitely not chicken. Do not eat anything from here. I was fooled by the Google reviews which ate probably fake. The food is over priced and gave then both stomach issues. Save yourself please.

Great food and super generous portions. When I miss Hong Kong cooking, this really hits the spot. I'm so glad this is in the neighborhood!

Always order the dry hotpot for 2. If you're in the mood for some hotpot, this is a pretty good alternative. Has a good hotpot spice to it, loaded with 4 meats of your choice + a lot of veggies and rice. Hits the hotpot spot.Would recommend ordering from here. The restaurant is very small with a couple of seats. But service is good. I usually order for take out. Would recommend for Chinese / Hotpot Fix in the area, although it's Dry Hotpot.
Best Chinese in the area.Come here when your tired of the low quality corner Chinese, don't mind spending an extra couple bucks, and want to try something that's fresh, authentic, feel at home.

this place is definitely the best quality local Chinese restaurant here in Brooklyn. Cook knows how to cook fine Chinese cuisine.

Quality little 3 table sit in restaurant . The chef informed me that the menu is uilt from south too north . Different regions offer their own style of tastes . This place is very clean as is the chef . We did however come at a good time of the day ( 5:30 ) or so , walked right in and ordered . A few walk ups and , a couple of door dash folks came in . If he gets a lot of orders call ins or walk ins , it may take quite awhile to get your food at tableside . All in all , I will return and , try something else on the menu . Prices are very reasonable . Credit cards are excepted . Thank you to the chef for his hospitality .Vegetarian options: Veggie spring rolls and soup bowls look very good . I think you can get any of the dishes in a vegetarian style .

Really really great home-style Cantonese cooking that hits the spot with no hint of extra MSG. No-frills, really focused on that home-cooking style.

Obsessed with this spot and am so happy that it’s in my neighborhood.Ordered the fish fillet in spicy chili oil - absolutely delicious and I now crave it on a daily basis.I also loved the dry spicy hot pot with fatty beef - cannot wait to try more combos! This is now my go-to - it is next level Chinese food!
