Just by entering the store you feel the vibes of workers that don't want to be there, one associate got mad when 5 online orders came in shouting out "Come on Bro." The manager seems absolutely clueless walking around while the associates struggle to clear the line. I feel like as a manager you should step up as a leader and help your employees when I feel overwhelmed. Why don't you pick up a couple of orders that came online and help out your employees being a manager shouldn't mean just giving orders you should leave by an example and help your employees stay happy just as much as your customers. Your employees look miserable and you can feel the vibe coming in.

The managers at this company need to be held accountable for their actions! I understand this is a restaurant and it can be stressful from time to time, but screaming at their employees who are working their butts off to give the best possible service to customers it’s UNACCEPTABLE. I know me leaving this review here won’t do anything because it has clearly been shown that this company doesn’t care about their employees, but I’m hoping that some day this will change.
I just witnessed the manager at this location scream at one of their employees and it was just plain humiliating. If you need to speak to your employees about an issue you take them somewhere more private and COMMUNICATE with them, not just plain scream at them infront of the others and even customers. Disgusting behavior! After this incident the employee took care of me with the best attitude ever, at this point they should be the manager of the store, they were more professional than said manager!

The store is ridiculously HOT. We are in the thick of summer and there is no air conditioning in the store. Apparently one of the employees passed out. How can they have staff and customers there when it’s so hot. During lunchtime when there are a lot of people in the store it feels even more hot. Close the store down and fix the ac issues, the Department of Health needs to pay them a visit. Shame on you for putting your staff and customers through this. The staff look like they’re out of it because it’s so damn hot in there. Spoke to the manager about it and he said imagine how we feel/ great answer to give your customers.

I walked in today, as I often do, to collect my lunch. The manager came over and greeted me by my name (we have chatted before). He also showed me where to stand and wait so I’d be under the AC (it’s a very hot day). I love this place, salads are excellent and all the staff are so friendly. All the people there work seriously hard. Kudos to you all and thank you.

My 2nd delivery experience with them in a matter of 2 weeks. Yet disappointed again. My order came all wrong. Although the receipt of the order states everything that should be there, it just seems that they failed to read it. I just spent $20 extra on delivery and waited 1 hr for my food to be delivered to just have items missing in my order. The dressings sent all wrong. It seems like the best way to get things from this store is to go in person otherwise waste of delivery money. The people who are working there are just not attentive to details. Just read how someone ordered a chicken Caesar salad and the chicken was missing. The main thing. How? Like come on! Unacceptable. They just put whatever they want together and have it delivered. This particular store has to do better with their delivery orders. Never again!
