Service was very unfriendly and in a bad mood. We only wanted to order two pizzas for the whole family, so he insisted that everyone had to have one. The bill came straight away, even though we weren't nearly finished yet.

We were not allowed to order "only" 2 beers, cheesecake and 2 juices. They told it was brunch time and we need to order at least 2 meals. It was 14.10 and the restaurant was almost empty... no comment.

Our food and drinks were good, but when we went to pay the bill, they automatically added in a 22% gratuity. We were happy to pay that, even though the service was mediocre at best. The server rudely snatched the bill away from us, and snapped “no tip?” despite clearly knowing that they added an extra 22%. We are more than happy to tip for good service (which this was not) but don’t appreciate dishonesty and rudeness. We won’t be back

We came to this place for some coffee and desserts in the afternoon. The glasses on the table were used and we had to ask the waiter to replace them. He replaced them with plastic cups. The coffee was not bad but other dishes were mediocre. The place is close to the bridge so it’s VERY noisy. They included 22% tips automatically in the bill - I guess they know people may not tip them otherwise…

Tried to charge me $8.50 for a regular poland spring water bottle. Very rude people. Food was bad.

Suprised by the negative reviews. We've ordered pizzas from here for a couple years and always really good. Finally ate in the restaurant, and it was equally good + service was fine and the space is nice. Also, they have possibly *the* best vegan pizzas in Brooklyn. Oddly not mentioned on their in-house menu, but a good number of their pizzas are available vegan, with things like homemade vegan sausage and ricotta.

It was completely empty on a Saturday night and now I understand why. The service was the absolute worst I’ve ever had and food was good but service ruined the whole vibe.

Terrible service. It was empty on a Saturday night and eventually we found out why. The server barely acknowledged us all night. We had to wait 20 minutes to get water, he took our menus away before asking for food, charged us wrong, etc.

The food was good. But the service was a disaster. We were 9 and all of us were obliged to order meals and beverages. One of the meals arrived 20 minutes later than the others and we had to leave 22% of the tip instead of 20% for a service that was not worth it. I do not recommend this place.

Ingredients tasted fresh. The crust was so so. One pizza is definitely enough for two people. Our waiter, convinced us to buy more than we needed to saying that a pizza is good for only one person. I think I'll just stick to the pizza slices that are located everywhere around New York.

They charge $7 for soft drinks and add a 22% tip to the bill automatically. We waited over an hour for our food and were never given a water craft. They also do not properly clean the tables between customers.
