Nice little spot under the Brooklyn Bridge. Has limited coffee-shop-esque seating inside. Not the cheapest but meals were tasty. We preferred the (basic) lobster roll over the Snow Crab

I’ve been to a lot of Luke’s Lobster but this place is so bad. The cashier is unfriendly and the lobster roll somehow tastes different from other Luke’s Lobster restaurants. They never have hot sauce for us.
Came here early and got to eat here as soon as it opened! Was a perfect way to start the day and the lady advised me as a first timer to try the truffle butter lobster roll and I was amazed! They do give you chips and there is water inside just an fyi! Will be back my next trip in NYC!
