Today I'm really upset. I've been coming to this McDonald's for three years because it's the closest to my home, and I'm a McDonald's fan. Something extremely unpleasant happened today. Firstly, when I was ordering, I asked for the buy one get one free McFlurry, and I used the coupon on my McDonald's app. I ordered one McFlurry and scanned the buy one get one free coupon on my phone, so I should have gotten two McFlurries with the coupon. But the cashier was a newbie, so he charged me for two McFlurries and an ice cream (I didn't even order ice cream), totaling $14.12. When I asked him about it, he refunded me $5.32. It didn't seem right, so I pointed out that he only refunded me $3.48, and up until now, he had charged me for one Oreo McFlurry. I waited for nearly ten minutes without anyone serving me, so I felt something was wrong and explained the situation to an Asian guy. The most infuriating part came when he told me that because he refunded me for one McFlurry, I could only get one McFlurry. I argued that I used a coupon, so I should get two McFlurries. He acknowledged that but said since they refunded me for one McFlurry, theoretically, I could only get one. I was really unhappy because I thought using the coupon entitled me to two McFlurries. So I said I'd like a refund and would repurchase. When I tried to repurchase, the machine showed the code had been used, so I needed to wait fifteen minutes. The Asian guy was very rude, bluntly saying the code had been used, and to come back in fifteen minutes. I was very angry because their staff's mistake had already delayed me for ten minutes, and now I had to wait another fifteen minutes to repurchase. Throughout the whole ordeal, the Asian guy was very impatient with me and didn't apologize. It's not about the McFlurry; it's about their attitude towards me. They caused me so much inconvenience, yet they were still rude to me. I originally wanted to enjoy my ice cream and be happy, but it ended up like this. I'm extremely disappointed. Even though I've been coming here for three years, I don't want to come back anymore.

Everything was OK at first but then a homeless person came in and the manager bribed him with a soda and he finally left. We got our food and sat upstairs. The burger tasted funny and the ketchup was too sweet.

This Mcdonalds is a joke.Not the first time whe I ordered something to go and maybe not everything in the bag or maybe different items... iw I ordered a DOUBLE BIC MAC with any other items to go...When opened the box that was a regular big mac...I dont know what kind of education need put together a f..ec burger...How they can do the mistake almost all the time????

Must admit it had to be the best double quarter pounder I've ever had at this location compared to all the others I've been to. Service, food and atmosphere was nice also a clean upper seating area with restrooms ??

I've ordered from this McDonald's time and time again, both in person and through Uber Eats/DoorDash, and the service is always fast and impeccable. Recently, I ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes via Uber Eats, and just when I thought "@#$%, I forgot the syrup," they included that and all the other necessary condiments. Plus, the food was warm and neatly packaged.
