First time ordering food from the app and picking it up at this location. It wasn’t busy around lunchtime (noon) and I placed a huge order and it was ready within 10 minutes. Good was decent, just a bit salty for the cheese fries. Very pleasant experience.

The cashier's attitude is strange. If you approach to ask for a cup or a sauce, the person at the counter also has a bad attitude, doing it disdainfully. The employees are always playing among themselves and are a bit vulgar. The fries were cold... The decoration is cool and the burger is good, as always.

I had the absolute pleasure of being among the first to sample the Shake Shack charcoal dog. Had they included the cheese sauce I might not have noticed the char that I was able to write on the sidewalk with. This location is hit or mostly miss…guess today was a miss.

Ordered my food on Shake Shack app. It was over and hour late and it took 2+hrs to arrive from the time I ordered it. It was a big order and all fries and drinks were missing. Burgers were cold hard and congealed.

Door was locked at 6pm on a Sunday no one could order or pick up online orders. Customer opened the door for me. And the wait was long. Employees were made aware of the door being locked and shrugged their shoulders as if they didn’t care. And work was sticky her middle finger at other employees. I made a purchase December 3rd 2023. Employees were very unprofessional. Don’t by anything from this location
