I came to the door on Nov 5th at 1:40pm along with other customers the door was locked the employees were all in there sitting on the counters they would not open the door they were pointing and laughing at us and shaking their heads one girl who was outside said yeah ,they're not open ,the employees were fighting each other and running around the building and then they locked the store down themselves.. upset because I only get a 1/2 hour for lunch and that was going to be my lunchI missed lunchI do not think that this was a good move on Starbucks behalf when I called customer service right away I was told we'll let the district manager know sorry about that I had to push to get a her to take info and give me a call ticket ID . I chatted with Starbucks on Facebook ...let's see what happens

Not sure why but the past couple times I've been here, I always end up waiting a good 30 mins for my drink. I figured because it was a weekend and it was pretty packed but I noticed people who were there before me were still waiting, and people who were after me had gotten their drinks already. Music is crazy loud now don't really care what genre is on but I already hate ordering in person lol I hate it more when the cashier says "Sorry, can't hear you" and I have to repeat myself.
Ive been to this Starbucks multiple times and every time its been horrible. The people are RUDE. and they make up their own stupid rules just to make the customer unhappy for some reason. I've never seen anything like it. I was never even remotely rude to them or difficult to get treated the way I do there.

Today the service was fast. I'm guessing it's because I ordered just a regular coffee. Other days they take forever even if you order ahead. So basically it's a hit or miss with them depending on what you order.

I always do mobile pick-up for a quicker service, but this was a last minute run in. I ordered, and the service was smooth, and he was helpful. I got my usual and used my app Starbucks card, which is mighty handy indeed. The place needs some cleaning and more stuffed needed to do ya fixings on your drinks. You guys had nothing as of cup holders, bags, drink stoppers lol just straws. Place needed some smiles and soft music
