Charlie and Jen Was amazing to me I actually was having a bad day and I walk into the shop and they both greet me with a warm smile . I’m Definitely coming back to this location , my drink was exactly the way I like it. grate customer service!!!! ???????????????????????????????

After waiting 20 minutes past my mobile pick up is suppose to be ready, they make you get back on line to pay 5 cents for a bag.The worst part is trying to ask for a bag in the first place. I had 7 items in hand and asked for a bag. The look I got was so disgusting.

I came here and ordered a salted caramel cold foam. This is one of my favorite Starbucks drinks. They made it completely wrong despite the place being nearly empty, and were extremely rude when I asked them to remake it. Save your time and money and go to another Location.

I'll start by saying, I started taking the stop further from my workplace to come to this Starbucks. By far my favorite location in the area. The staff is great- they're attentive, efficient, professional and courteous. They even helped me with a special order for a work event -100/10! The space is always neat and clean and the drinks are delicious and come out in a flash. Thanks to the staff for making this place the bees knees ha.

I tried this location today for the first time. Like all Starbucks the setup was really nice. The place could use a little tidying up. I dealt with three different people, two of which didn’t have a pleasant attitude. I ordered the Cheddar, sausage and egg sandwich. It was really good.

This is the first time I visited this location I will not come back the employees aren't very friendly I ordered a drink through the mobile app and the drink was made wrong Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino there was no cream in it no caramel sauce it had way too much ice in it it was more like slush than a Frappuccino. Surrounding area not that great if you still decide to come here it's better to take your order to go.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. 15+ minutes for a plain iced coffee. I cannot understand how this one location is so much worse than others.
