I’m a big fan of the vegan bodega breakfast sandwiches menu (my go to is the #2 spicy breakfast burrito) and happy that I can buy a balanced, on the go healthy breakfast for $10 and not some small overpriced greenwashed thing.
this place has a pretty big plantega menu for good prices. I work in dumbo and have a hard time finding vegan food, so this spot is my go to. I have tried pretty much every item on their menu and liked them all- plus they add new things pretty regularly. There are also tons of good vegan snacks + frozen foods that are hard to find at your standard bodega. The produce here is always fresh. The guys are all friendly and provide great service. This upscale corner market has all the hipster goods at a steep price. They have a salad bar, panini, wraps, pasta and etc.. for lunch. They also have a wide selection of drinks and snacks with some home goods. They sell meats and vegan options foods too. The service is quick and kind. Don't expect to get the usual "unhealthy" bodega Wise chips though. It's also very convenient, right across from York St station.
