Went to this store with $100.00 bill which was all I had on me. I asked the employee if she had change and she said she did. I purchased $5.00 combo, with tax the total was $5.44. I gave her the 100 and she gave me a wad of bills which I did not count I don't count change at those windows because it could be perceived as insulting so I shoved it in my pocket and kept the line moving. I didn't spend any money the rest of the day. The next morning I went through my pockets and counted the money and this was my change 3-$20's, 1-$10, 2-$5's, 4-singles and change. Exactly $10.00 short. I called the store and I was connected to corporate. I gave the man who answered my contact information and he assured me that someone would contact me within 24hrs. which did not happen. So I called the store again this time someone answered. I asked for a manager, he said he was the manager. I started to explain the situation and he responded with mumbling. I told him I didn't understand what he was saying when a female got on the phone saying SHE was the manager? I asked for the district managers number which she refused to give. I called again today and spoke with the manager of the store joey who said his drawers always have the right amount. I told him if someone is skimmingfrom customers the extra money goes in their pocket not the drawer. joey was adamant that nobody was skimming then made it clear that could give me a gift certificate but won't. He gave me the district managers number. Of course she didn't answer. I've already put far to much of my time into this. I feel like I'm getting robbed not only from the employee but from burger king as well. On principle I will not let this go. This is my first review. Mistakes happen sure but the way burger king dealt with this is no mistake.

I go to this location way more than I care to admit, but I can say I am a regular now. My child will only eat Burger King nuggets, and french fries, so we come here a LOT! This place wouldn't be so close to my heart if it wasn't for the app. I get free fries almost every time I visit with the app, and use point to get free food, I have a system now- I place an order, head over, and grab it through the drive-thru. I am worried everyone there knows me and is wondering why this person is buying so much food every week!!! They always get the food ready fast, and I have never had an issue with my special orders, and nothing is ever left out. I wish I could say the same for other fast food places (I am looking at you, my local Taco Bell and Moe's!). They're just great, reasonable, and when you use the app, SUPER affordable.

I was order number 247 today I came around 4:40 through the drive though , I ordered 2 rodeo burgers on my way to work, I buy those specifically because they don’t come with cheese. The lady at the speaker asked me if I wanted to add cheese, I said no thank you. Tell me why they still came with cheese, waste of money and now I don’t have anything to eat before work, I can’t go back and have it fixed because I have to go to work. Very disappointed.

I came during late night hours around 10pm. They were very busy, but I got my Food hot and fresh. Kim the manager and Michelle the cashier were extremely nice considering what they were dealing with! Michelle greeted me at the speaker and not once did I feel rushed. She suggested additional items for my sandwich, which I didn’t take. Kim handed me my food and drink. She even asked if I wanted a crown lol at first I was like no, but after I was like why not.I may have had to wait a little longer for my food, but it was hot and the fries were fresh. So hats off to the cook!Over all, I will continue to go back to this Burger King! I’ve never had an issue with any employee.

The service was great and so was the food but what wasn’t great was these delinquent kids that kept coming through the drive thru and messing with my car and in the loud speaker. DONT COME TO THIS BURGER KING !!! These kids are always there and messing with the workers and the people just trying to enjoy their food. They leave trash all over the dining area and make the area feel unsafe and not welcomed. They cause so much disturbance in and out of the dining room I will take the extra drive to avoid this Burger King and so should you because those kids are always In there and in a very massive group and like to mess with people just trying to get their food. GET THOSE DANGEROUS KIDS OUT OF THERE AND STOP SELLING FOOD TO THEM THEY ONLY CAUSE MORE HARM THAN GOOD!Kid-friendliness: Do not bring your kids here.
