The first time I came to the Transit location, the food was great! I've tried getting food there twice around 9:30pm (the location said it was open until 11p) and theyve turned us away. Today, I had planned on brunch at the Transit location, I had quite a few people meeting me there.. Luckily my husband and I got there early enough to realize they are now closed for relocation and couldnt be bothered to update their website.....my five star review just turned into one star

Not good. Food is not impressive at all compared to other mexican restaurants. Taste like anyone can made it at home. Not authetic at all. Overpriced. No free chips or salsa. Service was average.

Great place to go for bottomless mimosas on the weekend! If you only want bottomless mimosas it's $17, if you order food then it's only $9 but the food has to be at least $8 that you order per person. Our waitress was great always filling our glasses. Nice place inside, menu is a little confusing at first but you just have to really read Into it.

Excellent food, great atmosphere. Much rather go here than Lloyd's. If you haven't been, you should check it out. And if you go to Lloyd's, you should definitely check it out.

The best bar and restaurant in this neck of the woods; food is unique in every aspect — staff is phenomenally friendly! The atmosphere is like something you would find in Tampa or Arizona...in fact I have the perfect concept and tag line for the Winter Season that is upon us... perhaps Steve or the gang at Transit will...oh, forget it...I just have a home there and that may be what others will experience by going there...here are some photos I took to share my experience

My family came in to the restaurant around 2pm on Saturday afternoon. There were six of us. The chips and salsa were not complimentary, which is common in most Mexican restaurants. We ordered 3 salsas to try. They were in the smallest little bowls. We ended up getting more because there really wasn't enough to go around. I had three tacos: the Pescado/fish taco, which the waitress said that the beer batter was the best. It wasn't. No flavor whatsoever. I also got the Carne Asada and Al Pastor. I knew they were all very different and wanted to try the different flavors. I will say that they really weren't great. Very dry. And the flavors weren't different at all. One of our family members got the chicken quesadilla. It was odd. The chicken had a smoky flavor and she didn't like that either. Another person got chicken tacos. We asked what was the most popular ones. The flavor wasn't great there either. The carne asada nachos were good. Watch out and don't ask for sour cream! First of all, it's called Crema, it's more watery than sour cream and they charged us $1 per tiny cup of it. We asked for 3 cups, unknowing that it was extra. It would have been great for our server to tell us. The service was meh as well. She never checked on us. Never offered anything extra or gave suggestions. She was hard to find and service was slow.

We came here because we've heard a lot of great things about the place. Our waitress was new but she was very friendly. Our food was delicious.

Went about a month ago. The pork-belly taco was the best thing I have tasted in years, can't wait to go back... Please open a location in Syracuse, NY!!!

Brandi is the best bartender ever. She has the best attitude, very attentive, hard working, they should be lucky to have her. Pretty much the only reason I come here. The carnitas nachos are pretty good too.

My coworkers and I stopped for our lunch break during our 13 hour work day. (We are from out of town). There was a new cook so our food was a little late and my order was messed up slightly. Our food was still very good, our waitress was wonderful, the manager was very kind and took ownership for his new cooks mistake which wasn't a big deal at all to me. Since people from my company are in that area every other Sunday, I'm sure we will return to refuel for our very busy work days. Thank you for giving us a positive 1st experience.

Pretty good local taco joint. Came in with some fellow elites for dinner where they were doing a $3 taco special. We split some chips and pico which I jazzed up with their numerous hot sauces. I went with a pastor, a chorizo and a carnitas. I particularly liked the carnitas which was flavorful and had chunks of potatoes mixed in. Only reason this isn't four stars is 2 of the tacos fell apart, they should have doubled up the corn tortillas. Service and prices were both very good.

Lukewarm drinks and food, bar staff can't follow written directions for alcohol orders, served an obviously funky looking garnishment in my drink. Food was delicious, love the queso and u can never go wrong with the nachos. Staff was friendly, not very knowledgeable, but didn't hesitate to find answers. Seating is uncomfortable and atmosphere unnecessarily loud. I got what I came for which was good food, and friendly staff.
