Got their food couple different times. And almost every time the service & quality just gets worse. Either the breading falling off the chicken, fries not crispy, or the sauces the we pay extra money for aren’t filled. I give them the benefit of the doubt because it’s not easy running a business by any means but I just feel like the quality from when I remember it has just went downhill. Also to add sometimes they don’t even answer their phone and for paying 20+ dollars it’s just not worth it to get underwhelming food. I feel bad even writing this but this is just my opinion. Hopefully I comeback and things get better here

I used to be a regular at this place when they had the food truck and it was just the 2 guys running it. Ever order I get now just gets more disappointing. The last 2 times I ordered tenders hot there is either no seasoning or seasoning on just one side. Super upsetting. Dont think I’ll order again

Best fried chicken in Buffalo, the lobby/dining area always looks like an afterthought though.

I had the Nashville hot chicken strips last night at the Briar Brewery. The Hen House truck made the most AMAZING hot chicken I ever had, and I am a fried chicken snob! I will find that truck again because their food AND SERVICE is great!

I know they're working on the place but the food hasn't skipped a beat. From the dome to here they have the best fingers I've ever had. Smart enough to put bread under to soak up any grease as well. Very good. A little pricey but worth the splurge.

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon with my kids. They wanted Dave's Hot Chicken, but this was closer.....and turned out to be better! The food was delicious! Highly recommend. We will be back.

The chicken is hot but extremely flavorless like no type of seasoning

Got this door dashed and it's some of the best chicken we've had. The chicken sandwich is crispy, flavorful, and huge! Even though I prefer battered mozzarella sticks, the breading on these was well-seasoned. Some sticks were fried a little too long, so there was cheese blowout, but they were still really good. Onion rings have a nice thick coating, again I prefer battered, but I think we would reorder everything that we got again.
