The woman working (Hispanic) was well informed on the items I was asking about, also providing additional information that was quite useful. she is well spoken and very classy. A great representation for a place that is known for their upscale makeup brands they sell

I thought it was okay. We didn't do much shopping because there wasn't many legitimate sales. For example, I went to Footlocker/ House of Hoops and and their were a pair of Nike sweatpants on sale for $99 when you can go online and get the same sweatpants from the same store on sale for $60 less. And the mall just seemed empty. There weren't many people there but that may be due to the time of day. I did like it, but I would only want to go there for something very specific and not browse until I found something to buy.

Such a fantastic mall with so many great stores and activities! As a huge Disney fan there were so many options for Disney merch @ Primark, FYE, 5Below, Hot Topic +++ Especially for Stitch - my fave! Worth the drive from Whitby Ontario!

Great mall, clean environment, lots of stores. Had a nice decent shopping and great food at the food court. After a long way from Ohio heading back to Toronto, I ended up stopping at this mall for a break and it was worth it. I totally recommend it.

Great mall! A nice variety of stores for clothes/shoes/etc. but also a convenient place to take the kids. There is a play place in the food court and another indoor amusement park. I loved it, as we always have to go to separate locations for these things in Canada & UK.One horrible downside was that, there was no toilet paper in the washrooms, the wr stalls were so tiny and not well maintained. There was one stall open in the 2 washrooms that were soooo widely spread apart across the mall. Not to mention, they smelled disgusting! So * be sure to use the restroom elsewhere before attending the mall. And i couldn’t find a baby change table either :/.Also, as a Canadian living in the UK, I would say that Primark(US) has roughly the same prices as Primark(UK), however, the UK stores rarely have items in stock and/or sell out quickly.Hope this helps you guys. It’s an “ok” mall. It does need some more big brand name stores though. But this is Buffalo, New York. I’m comparing it to malls in larger cities like Chicago. Sorry. The mall was decently clean.

Such a big mall - u have all brands - super discount sales - we visited at the time of Easter got lot of goof collection of branded cloths for kids Nike shoes etc must stop by once u will not get upset.

This mall is not what it used to, the interior seems dark & dilapidated. Very poor selection in the food court & the cleaning staff don't even bother to wipe/sanitize the tables, they just brush away food scraps/crumbs. Do better!!

Haven’t been here in 3 years due to covid. Was really disappointed with our shopping experience. So many stores are closed. Lots of arcade / virtual type games experiences now to fill up the empty store spaces. I definitely don’t feel the need to visit again anytime soon.

This is a bit misleading. I didn't visit the mall I visited Urban Air and I will say it was a total letdown. I thought from what I heard people say of it would be amazing. I was less than impressed. It was overcrowded, no real things for smaller children to do. The food was not great and to get funnel cake fries I waited almost 30 minutes and they were cold and soggy. A waste of my over 5 dollars for about 8 small sticks was ludicrous. I do not plan on visiting this place again.
Definitely better since our last visit. Seems cleaner, with more space and different stores and experiences located throughout. Plenty of parking, escalators and area to move around. Employees in several stores greeted us, were personable and engaging. Security patrolling throughout mall. Definitely better than most major shopping malls we have been to.

It's probably one of the nicest malls they have almost every store you'd want to go to. Their food court is amazing. They have a movie theater, escape rooms, and a whole gaming area definitely a fun place to go even if you're just walking around.

It's been many years since I've been here, but I went last week and I guess I forgot how big this place is. It's great to see COVID either didn't impact it or it bounced back quick. The mall itself was quite clean and relatively busy.

The Galleria Mall is a seemingly thriving retail space. We haven't been there in years, and were happily surprised to see that the place was very clean and overall updated. While we were only coming to go to two of the businesses, I was pleased to see that there was only one storefront that was covered over, as if for remodeling, and all the others were open and fairly busy.I know they've had some problems with teens getting into fights, but other than some teens hanging around playing on their phones or people watching, we didn't see any issues.

Not like the mall used to be. It was a mix of department store chains and flea market type shops. Nice restaurant chain for dining. We ate at Cheesecake Factory and were pleasantly surprised at the large menu. Our meals were perfectly made to our special requests.
