The incompetent idiots working the drive thru apparently do not know the difference between a regular Big Mac and a Double Big Mac yet they always want and think they should be getting paid more. I was charged for aa Double Big Mac but received a regular Big Mac. I guess Joe Pesci was right when he said, "the frig you in the drive thru, they know your going to be miles away before you know you been frigged." This was today Saturday February 24th between 12:30PM and 1PM.

The food seems good, I used to work at other McDonald's restaurants, so I generally know how things go there. Can take time for your order, especially when busy, but generally not bad. The only thing is that they need to have the people who take your order be able to communicate without mumbling so bad you can't understand barely anything. Ended up get (2) 4pc chicken nuggets and paid for it WITHOUT KNOWING till I sat down. It was busy so I didn't complain, but seriously, Service Industry = workers who Speak Clearly would help!Also get rid of the "order for yourself" thing! Are you guys gonna pay me or give me a discount for doing their job?? Seriously!! PEOPLE DON'T LIKE THIS!

This is the last straw. About 4 out of 5 times I got there my order is messed up. This time They didn't give me my 10pc nugget, but they gave me the sauces normally they never give me sauces. They also didn't put cheese on my #7 meal, the two cheeseburger meal. Quaity control over here is horrible. I used to work at a Mcdonalds and I always checked the order and what was in the bag even if it meant a little slower time. Now my husband is going back to get it for me and his food will be cold. Should I have double checked my order? Yeah, I was more focused on my husbands order being correct and I felt the sauces in the bag. Should I have to double check? No. Mcdonalds food is getting more expensive and the quality has just gone down hill year after year. They need an overhaul. Also it would be nice if they said something pleasant like "have a nice day" instead of just silence and ignoring you. Need more training in customer service.

Always check your order if you go here because they do not give the correct order and purposefully do not give a reciept because of this so that they don't have to refund you your money saying they cannot without it. This particular store will scam you.

Ordered through drive thru, they were confused right off the bat and all I ordered was two chicken nugget meals. They were super rude when I asked them to give me my card back and then when I got home I noticed there were no fries with the meals but I was charged for them. I attempted to call and get it fixed but they kept hanging up on me. I had to go to a different McDonald’s to have my order fixed. Really awful experience.
