I’ve NEVER had a poor experience with Starbucks until today. I gave the girl at the register my order and apparently she only listened to one thing I said because when the drink came out none of my “extras” were on it so I had to tell the girl that made it everything that was missing. Then of course once I’m almost done with the drink I see a hair IN THE CUP. It’s disgusting and I will not be going back to this location.

Pretty busy & they got through the long line fast. The only problem I had was that I ordered 2 hot chocolates, and they were both completely without flavor. There was barely any mix in with the water.

This Starbucks used to be great but they’ve messed up both drinks about 5 times so about the whole week, could be because of new staff but still deeply upsetting especially when ordering for

Very slow, takes 15 minutes to make one drink and they can only make one drink at a time with a 5 minute break in between to chat and slowly wipe the counter.Don’t go unless you want to spend your entire day here.

I walked into this Starbucks at 6:15pm on a Monday night because I needed something to keep me awake (but not too hyper) while waiting in my car for my husband who was in the Buffalo General ER. The handsome gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) and the beautiful woman (Athena) were so kind to offer me a suggestion on what coffee to order and then proceeded to give me the coffee at no charge after hearing my husband was in the ER. I was beyond grateful and extremely humbled by their kindness and helpfulness. The “half caff Americano” with a touch of cream and a tiny bit of a flavor shot (I told him to choose one and surprise me- because I’m not picky and enjoy trying new things) was absolutely delicious and a perfect choice for this occasion. I’ve been to this location many times in my life but have a newfound love and respect for this spot after this experience. To the owner and manager of this Starbucks at 235 Delaware, you have some stellar employees. Thank you for making my night better

I have no issues with this location. It's the closest location to me. The staff is always pleasant and I've never had an issue with my order. My go-to drink is a grande vanilla latte with almond milk and an extra spot of espresso! The only issue I have is the drive-thru line. Only about 3-4 cars can fit before the line pours out onto the street. In addition, the entrance gets blocked so sometimes it's impossible to even get out.

I went to Target today to get a few things. When I finished up, I decided to hit up the Starbucks that is located in Target. I only went there because I had a gift card from my son, otherwise, I'm strictly a Tim Horton's Girl & after today, I will be sticking to just Timmy Ho's. First off, the prices are ridiculous here ! $5.35 for a medium Frappuccino??? That's insane. $4.95 for an egg & sausage muffin ? Are they THAT crazy ?? 2nd- they were soooo slow here, I could not get over it. My fiancé & I waited so long . First they gave him his tiny little sandwich. Then after about 5 min., the girl gave me my sons medium ,black coffee ($2.95). She told me I was all set. Hmmmm ? I asked her "what about my Frappuccino?" She replied "you didn't order a Frappuccino!" Me-"yes I did" Her -"no you didn't" Me- " yes I did. I ordered a caramel ribbon Frappuccino " Her- "hold on" She went & talked to another girl, looked at the register & comes back ,"you did order a Frappuccino,I'm sorry." Duhhhhh & I waited about 10-11 minutes for it. How dare she come out & tell me I didn't order one !! I was furious when she said that. She was the one who took my order & there was only 1 person after me. So, we got our stuff & left. The Frappuccino wasn't even good. I barely tasted any caramel. The only good part were the crunchy things on top. My son didn't like his coffee. My fiancé liked his sandwich , but it was so small ,I'm surprised he didn't eat right after. Anyhoo, I will never go to Starbucks again. They were not any good & the employee was rude !
