Walked in here yesterday afternoon as my friends were in from out of town and we were doing a day drinking adventure. As we walk in the 10 regulars sitting on the edge of the bar just stare us down. Like not just stare, follow us with their head and eyes. One makes a comment "do they know this isn't Allentown?" Best steak sandwich in the city. A good place for a shot and a beer. It's a longtime resident of the hertel strip no nonsense, have a drink, watch a little sports on the tv and conversation with people you haven't seen in a while or just last week. Today the steak was real good with peppers and onions and chewy cheese on French bread. Alongside the delicious sandwich was a order of fries deep fried to a golden goodness served hot.
