**Avoid this location**Horrible management here! I just came to pick up my food and I started choking, and having a coughing fit and asked for a cup for some water and the RUDE person in charge told me no. This was after I just spent $50 here. There are other subways around, please don't give your business to these people.

**Avoid this location at all cost** Horrible management here! I came here to pick up an online order today at 5:30. When I got there, the food wasn't ready, which I wasn't upset about. I started coughing really bad like I was choking, I asked the girl making my order if I could please have a cup for some water. She asked the manager and said no, don't give him one. I couldn't believe it, she didn't care that I was coughing my brains out. She was talking to someone on the phone, laughing about me. I spent $50 here, and she wouldn't give me a 2 cent cup when I was choking. I will never go back to this location again, and I'm telling everyone I know about this. Please don't give these people any of your business. They don't deserve it!

Went in at 830 on a Saturday worker told me that they close at 8:15. Hours on the door clearly states they close at 9pm.

Finess will literally try and finesse you. Their subs are priced the same online/in-store and she tried to explain to me how an $8 sub should be $15. No reasoning or explanation given that makes sense how pricing online/in-store is wrong, but finess is right. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to argue or get over charged.

The girl barely put any meat on the sandwich and barely any veggies. She had a very poor attitude as well. The guy employee did my friends sandwich and it was what is to be expected to be on a sandwich and full of everything to a real amount not a teeny tiny thin layer. There was literally 4 pieces of meat on the whole footlong sub and it was sliced thinner than paper on top of it.If you have a bad day you shouldn't be rude to a customer and purposely give them basically nothing on the bread and charge full price for the sandwich. I know I'm not going back to this location anymore if this is how the girl will treat customers especially other female customers. I really wish the other guy working made my sandwich cuz at least he did the proper amount of meat for my friends sub.

If I could leave left stars I would! I’m not typically the person that leaves a review because I understand you never understand someone else’s circumstances or what they’re going through but unfortunately, today I was given such terrible service that I felt obligated to warn my fellow companions. I came into the restaurant prepared to buy dinner for my family and prior to making my order. I asked if I could use the bathroom before hand and the representative said absolutely not unless you purchase something with a minimum price point of $8. Shocked from this representative response. I explained that I would be buying food, but needed to use the bathroom due to a long drive after leaving work, and she ended up raising her voice repeating herself. I didn’t realize common courtesy didn’t exist and had a price I will never go to this location again, please don’t go here! Save yourself the headache!

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch, with provolone cheese off door dash.Order didn’t have bacon or cheese. Like it’s literally in the name of the sandwich. Thanks to DoorDash for crediting my order!

I placed an order through the actual subway app and once the app alerted me that the order was ready, went inside the store to pick it up to find out that, the order never came through and I was charged but they couldn't recreate my order. Jaidin called her manager Finess who told her to send me home without the food and for me to return tomorrow to get my money back.....this was dinner for my family, they charged me for it, I drove out of my way to pick up the food yet you had the audacity to not even honor the order after Jaidin herself saw the order on the app where I paid and said the food was ready. She insisted that her manager told her she can't do anything and didn't even offered to make this right by at least giving me the food. Corporate needs to be aware of this as I was taken money from without product which is actually illegal. I will be escalating this further as this was unfair, tasteless and lacked a lot of customer service. Be careful ordering online here, you will be robbed of your money.
