Been out of Buffalo for quite a while but when I returned this was one of our favorite stops. Went first time with my little brother, who has since passed, on a Saturday night at 1am and it was packed. I grew up in Lackawanna which make me an aficionado of dive bars and this place takes the cake. Does not look like much from the outside or in. A classic Buffalo dive bar. Everyone talks about the steak sandwiches, and for good reason! They are truly spectacular, although the kitchen always seems to be closed when we finally get there… occasionally you might be able to talk the bartender into it, but if you’re looking for food make the Old Pink an earlier stop on your bar crawl.
