I came in through the drive through at 5:15 am on 3-4-24 for a decaf , to which I was responded to come back in 30 minutes by a female employee who sounded to be bothered when ordering through the drive through — decaf & any other coffee takes 2 minutes to brew — let me add there was absolutely no one in the drive through nor in the store . Be mindful of the employees you hire .

This use to be the best location in the area. I'm not sure what happened. They can never find my mobile order. Half the time they forget about one of the drive thru lanes and you're left sitting for 3 or 4

If i could give a 0 star review i would. The 2200 elmwood avenue in Buffalo NY branch sucks and their employees are very unprofessional and rude. I will never step in that branch again!!
I order my 4 midiums 2/2 and 2 black coffee every morning , it took about 5-10 minutes average base on the line. So far very impressive the speed of the employees. Would willingly rate 5

I recently had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered just two simple items, but the wait time was excruciatingly long. When I finally received my food, to my dismay, there were eggshells mixed into my eggs. To make matters worse, I had ordered three hash browns, but they only gave me one and didn't refund me for the missing two. I'm not usually one to write bad reviews, but this experience was absolutely horrible.
