The facility is fantastic and worth checking out but, I would do a wine tasting or have a drink at the bar. We traveled with guests a couple of hours for a celebration luncheon and it was most disappointing. The service was very uneven. We had to ask for appetizer plates and were never offered dessert or coffee. It was not overly busy and the staff were pleasant but very unorganized. I was really disappointed in my Bread Science class. We did not make any of the 4 recipes in the original description which are what interested me in the class to begin with. The instructor was very knowledgeable but hard to follow. The ONE recipe we did make was delicious but took more than 30 extra minutes to complete. I'm glad I didn't have anything scheduled afterwards. I don't think I will take another class there. Sorry
Really wanted to love this place after the disaster of a time I had before over the summer but this was not the case. Called to make reservations for a Friday night, spoke to "front desk manager" thought everything was good to go but it wasn't. She apparently made a "mistake" and it didn't save which means we had to wait for a table. The music was the only thing that made it worth the wait.
