Certainly a place worth stopping by, the food is awesome and well prepared, the cost is fair and it is constantly well organized there. Highly recommended.

Have eaten from gluten free menu many times and have enjoyed it. Have not been here since last summer. I don't know if they changed owners or whatever but last night was terrible. We got in early before a show which is usually safer for a Celiac. Service was extremely slow. 2 of us have Celiac and ordered from GF menu. I ordered veal marsala with roasted potatoes and veggies which I have had before and loved. Only ate half as was not up to par. Took 40 minutes after clearing to get our coffee and check. I then spent two hours in the bathroom at Nassau Coliseum throwing up, etc. Spent almost $200 for my ticket to see Celine Dion and spent it in the bathroom and then lying down in my car until I had the energy to drive. Getting glutened has a very serious thing for me. My brother called the restaurant and their response was we will take it off the menu. If you advertise and promote Gluten free with separate prep areas, etc. It should have been safe for me as it was before. It takes me a couple of days to recover from being glutened and this was unacceptable. The non Celiac guests commented that their food was not up to par either. What happened to this restaurant?

Went for the first time this week ... best food ever!!! .. Grilled calamari, mussels, artichokes... everything awesome !!!. Victor the bartender so entertaining....had us laughing the entire time ... going to bring a group next Saturday:)

My first choice was the taglatelli ragu, but at 7:30 they were all out, as well as the gluten free bread. I ordered the capollini fra diavolo, which was delicious as was my calamari appetizer, but my wife's shrimp with risotto was very salty. Granted this was Valentine's day but you should not run out of items that early, especially when you are just offering a prefix menu. When we left at around 9:00, there was a large crowd, maybe 40 people, waiting to be seated, can't imagine what else they would be out of by the time these people got to order. Will give the place another chance on a regular dining night.

Went here for a romantic dinner with my boyfriend the other night. The food was delicious, the sangria was so good and I'm picky with my sangria. the bread that was given when you sit down was my favorite. I can't wait to go back! Would definitely recommend for date night or even family night out.

Came here day after valentine's day. They decided they were going to be greedy and have only their Valentines day menu prix fixe. No gluten free desserts or bread. By the way their prices on regular menu went up in January but not updated online. Food portions smaller as well. As usual no salt.or pepper on table. Dirty looking bathrooms havent improve either. Cant stand valeting my car here, unfriendly valet company..and I used to valet and was trained in the courtesies of valet parking. The company they hire sucks and gives bad impression of establishment.

Well i had been hearing wonderful things about this place for a while and as a family finally decided to try it out for my birthday. We were never asked about ordering starters so we overlooked that. About five minutes after ordering we decided to flag our waitress over amd ask if they had not started our food to go ahead and put the appetizer through. We never had any confirmation about this whatsoever until our appetizers made it to the table. They were great! This is when just about the everything else went wrong. Our food clearly sat for about half an hour after this when it finally made it to our table 4/6 dishes were cold to the point where the sauces were actually thickened and not even one bit of steam coming off. Our pastas were actually so cold that they were just tacked over. The best part was that three dishes didn't make it for another 15 minutes. When we finally got those dishes out our freezing dishes were being reheated. My penne vodka came back and was completely different the sauce was altered and was awful a simple rehear would have been fine. Our waiter blatantly told us many people quit in the kitchen and too be patient. Honestly this was just a horrid experience. Id like to go back to see if it is any different but I could never put myself through this again.
I’m on a gluten free diet so my girlfriend looked for a restaurant that serves gluten free food. Well neither of us expected to find a restaurant that has an actual menu . I never expected to have gluten free bread or fried squid and it was really good. Then I had a veal dish which was delicious. We finished off the dinner with a brownie and ice cream. Never thought I could enjoy gluten free. And the service was great.

NEVER AGAIN..... We were rushed out the door, and the place wasn't even busy. Food came almost immediately after ordering. Our dishes were disgusting. Absolutely no flavor, or seasoning. Some of the worst italian food I've ever encountered. The waitstaff leaves much to be desired as well.

Waiter seemed like he had better things to do the wait on us. Also, we were called to confirm reservation and told to make sure we were on time, which we were, and then we were seated 1/2 hour late. Food was good though.

We have been to formaggio many times years ago. And went on 1/1020. It was a Friday and half full only. Decor is outdated and things falling apart. Chairs and tables wobbly and addresses this and no one fixed it with a spacer. Food took 45 min to come out but they did apologize. Food was middle of the road OK. Waiter was great and friendly. When asked for bread.. One staff member said they ran out. The waiter came through and got us bread. Overall.. this place has the potential to be great again with a decor update, refresh on menu/chef. There are a hundred other Italian places in the area. Until then, this is a lost customer
