If anyone says this place is less than five stars they are lying or insane. The ingredients are fresh, the soy sauce is salty, and it is all served promptly without costing an arm or a leg. My craving for sushi was temporarily satisfied.

I use to think I knew who had the best Chinese food. But then I moved and had to look for all new places to eat out. Then I found ChopStick in Catskill, and my idea of good Chinese food was challenged! After trying multiple things on the menu over the last year, I was never disappointed. I imagine most restaurants cook everything in house but after eating here it is like everywhere else I have ever eaten,bought pre-made frozen stuff that got pulled from the bottom of the freezer. In my opinion the quality here is unrivaled. Thank you and keep it up!

Delicious! Fast and friendly waiter. I bring my daughter here. She loves the sushi and I thoroughly enjoyed the Pepper Steak. It was picture worthy and extremely tasty.Best place for Asian Cuisine that I have had in Greene County.Parking: Limited spots, but worth it! The lot takes a little maneuvering sometimes.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to prevent a wheelchair. Tables all have chairs that can be moved.

Called in a take-out order. I was visiting my family. They recommended this place and I trusted their judgments on other spots. Hadn’t been in a bit, but said it was solid. Food was hot & ready when I arrived at quoted time.Got back to my sister’s and opened it all up. Didn’t smell or look very fresh. Also, she commented on the quality A LOT. “Oh, that is different than usual. The dumplings aren’t the same.” The Rangoon’s were all cream cheese and smelled off like gross fryer oil .I emailed and asked for a refund. They have yet to respond. I/We won’t be ordering anytime soon.

Some of the absolute best Chinese food I've ever had! Only thing I would have changed was the egg scrambled into the fried rice. I've never had fried rice with an egg scrambled in and wish I had known ahead of time (didn't state this on the menu.)Other than that, I would have given them 5 stars!!
