WE ALWAYS ORDER FROM HERE. TODAY THEY FORGOT ONE ORDER. IRONICALLY, THE ORDER WAS FOR THE PERSON THAT ALWAYS ORDERS FROM THERE AND REFERS PEOPLE TO THEM. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY CONFIRMED THAT THEY FORGOT MY ORDER, AND REFUSEDTO DELIVER THE ITEM THEY FORGOT.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE. I WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS IS NOT IT!!!!! HORRIBLE STAFF. ESPECIALLY THE ONE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE

Bacon egg and cheese 10 dollars?? That’s insane

In town visiting for the week and a colleague recommended their bagels. The whole wheat sesame bagel with scallion tofutti was absolutely delicious. Got a pumpernickel rye bagel for the next day and was just as tasty!

Great bagels and spreads, those get five stars, but getting what you ordered is always spotty at best. Often stuff is left out of your order or the wrong thing is substituted, and sometimes they make baffling decisions like the one in the photo (cheddar jalapeño bagel was ordered, so they took a different bagel and added raw chopped jalapeños and barely-melted cheddar cheese slices. Wild stuff, haha.

What a disaster. We waited forever just to be ignored by rude staff, and when the bagels finally came out they were hard and stale. The place looks dirty and completely disorganized. Easily one of the worst bagel spots I’ve ever been to.

Possibly one of the worst bagel emporium locations ever. So tight in there you can’t even move, they got my bagel wrong 4 times and it doesn’t even taste good. 2 bagels and 2 ice coffee’s with a muffin cost $35? Lol nice

Absolutely horrendous service. Very slow and absolutely zero acknowledgement of customers waiting to be served. This place does not deserve your business especially since the bagels here are at best mediocre. Overpriced, super slow, and mid.

A little disappointed when you order a dozen bagels and you’re even asked to pick an extra one for the “bakery’s dozen” and you get home and there are only 11 bagels in the bag 😕 and half the order had the wrong bagels, even after I saw her write down my order.

The Bagel Emporium is amazing! I've been to a few of their locations now, and the quality is always excellent. Their bagels are fresh and flavorful, the iced coffee is on point, and the chicken salad is a must-try. One of the best bagel spots around.
