Cool spot with some great quality pizza and lunch specials. A low key spot for a good meal, some tv and a nice drink on the side.

My family have been going there since the 1990’s and last night was the worst experience we ever had. We wanted to order a pie with mushrooms and were told that the only pies available to us were personal pies which we didn’t want. The only option was to have slices that were sitting there for God knows how long or nothing else.
It will be the last time that we will go there!!! Also it was only about 7PM so it wasn’t close to closing time. What kind of Pizza Place doesn’t serve pies????

Now it makes sense, new owners. Never had a problem here until recently. Ordered takeout of a couple of empanadas.. they were GOOD! Saw some delicious looking BIG Zeppoles in the case, asked for a a few. Nope, have to buy a dozen. I explained it was only me and asked if I could buy a half dz… NOPE. 2 days later I was having company.. went back and ordered Empanadas- they changed the recipe- they were awfully horrible. And I ordered a dozen Zeppoles!! They were brought out from the kitchen already wrapped. Got them home.. NOT what I saw a few days prior. They were little squiggles of fried dough.. similar to funnel cake… extremely stale. Ya lost a good customer dude.

Brother Bruno‘s in Chester used to be the best pizza around. Now I know it’s changed, but I was on my way home from work and just wanted to grab a slice. I figured how bad could it possibly be well I found out this is the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. I seen the look of it in the box and thought how could they even serve a pizza that looks like that it taste like frozen. I’m so disappointed that when they sold to new owners that this new owner decided to use cheap cheese, cheap pizza sauce. Maybe if they get enough bad reviews they’ll take it into consideration and bring back old school good brother Bruno’s pizza. until then I will drive to the brother Bruno‘s in Middletown where I will gladly get the best pie of my life. If I was starving to death on the side of the road I wouldn’t eat this pizza. Sorry if this is dramatic. I’m just so floored by this.

Went in after a movie- at first it sounded like an inconvenience to dine in when I told him 4 people. The pizza had absolutely no flavor. Worst NY Style pizza and even crazier to add the gratuity even tho service was maybe sub par. Will definitely never visit here again.

Tried a variety of their food, all of it was pretty bad, and recently I found a hair baked into my food.

$16 for a tiny portion of calamari. Not enough for one person. Hilarious.

I’m not sure why all of the bad reviews but my friend, daughter and I stopped in late last night after bowling for some pizza and a drink. Our server (young lady) didn’t rush us and reassured us that they are open until 10pm (on a Sunday too!) no ifs, ands or buts - great customer service. Pizza was absolutely KILLER. I’m local to Chester but surely, I don’t stop in enough. Great experience and cute atmosphere for family and friends. Thank you so much, guys!

If you have kids or are with a group, do not go to this place. We had an absolutely horrible experience. We stopped by after a soccer game with a group of well-behaved 13-14-year-old girls from our academy—nothing like the chaotic “kids’ party” they seemed to assume we were bringing. Before going, I even called to ask if they could accommodate us, and the man who answered rudely said, “No, I don’t host kids’ parties,” in the nastiest tone. I explained that it wasn’t a party, just a team wanting to grab pizza after a game. He clearly didn’t care.

Despite the initial phone call, we decided to give them a chance since our group was smaller than expected (around 15-20 people instead of 30). When we arrived, the restaurant was EMPTY. The waitress was nice at first and began taking our order, but then informed us we could only use a certain number of tables—despite there being plenty of available space. We weren’t planning to take over the restaurant or stay for hours—just have some pizza and leave.

Soon after, her attitude changed, becoming unpleasant and dismissive. We were told that if we had kids, they couldn’t be loud or make a mess. What kind of comment is that? That’s when we decided to leave. As an academy, we weren’t going to tolerate such treatment. It’s clear this place is not family-friendly and doesn’t welcome groups with kids.

We ended up going to Tina’s Pizzeria just five minutes away and had a completely different, much better experience. Don’t waste your time here—especially if you’re with kids or a group.
